Zombie plan of the week

Status
Not open for further replies.
I am sure you will be an asset. THANK YOU
Not to worry. There will be anti-z serum available to anyone who is cooperative. THAT WORKS
You can kill all the zombies you like. PERFECT
Why trade in? Start a collection! EXCELLENT
The texas fajitas are excellent as well. I WILL GIVE THEM A TRY
No problem. A million a year for 10 years sound good? THAT WOULD BE GREAT
With a fully outfitted armory, of course. NICE!
Easy as pie. AWESOME
With or without nicotine? NICOTINE PLEASE
Hardware is no problem. Bioweaponry costs extra. Although a certain amount is supplied gratis to Generals. i WILL TAKE ALL THE FREE ONES I CAN GET, ADD ANYTHING OVER BUDGET TO MY SUITE
Any demands will be given the full consideration they deserve. AS LONG AS WE KEEP AN OPEN LINE OF COMMUNICATION, ALL IS GOOD

You don't have to decide right away. Take as long as you need to mull it over..:vapor:

I am satisfied with the terms, I now humbly bow before you...

Re there any zombie defense plans that use zip lines? I know there are probably some drawbacks...but fun, fast transport out of the reach of zombies

This week, I am going to play devil's advocate. While it clearly states in plan #9 to find and eliminate Mac and his minion, this week, the plan calls for finding Mac, and joining his, well, i guess for lack of a better word, Cult, and enjoying all the safety his Casino and Buffet provides. If nothing else, the food should be good, the slots were promised to be loose, the beatings should be minimal, and hey, he promised a zip line as well. While this plan is not the greatest plan for the run of the mill, Romero Zombies, it would be nice to have a safe haven IF Mac succeeds in his hybrid experimentation's.

MAC DONT READ THIS PART:

Plus, it will be easier to assassinate Mac from the inside and also kill off the hybrids.

1. Montezuma's Castle - JANUARY
2. Quantico
3. Private Island
4. Home Front
5a. Cruise Ship
5b. University of Florida
6. Oparus underground shelter
7. Local Bar, make that a local STOCKED bar
8. Befriend Chuck Norris
9. Eliminate Mac before he creates super zombies
10. Zombie powered generator
11. Prepare for the first 72 hrs
12. Join Mac's Evil Minion- Buffet and Casino

I'm worried about number 12:
12. Join Mac's Evil Minion- Buffet and Casino

Reminds me of that old Twilight Zone/Outer Limits story about the book "How to Serve Man"...
Who/What will be on the buffet???

MAC DONT READ:

I contemplated not posting #12, but figured if I could be accepted on the inside of the buffet and casino, then I might have a chance at getting close enough to Mac and assassinating him. The #12 was just to make Mac feel safe and secure. Once inside, only one of us will re-emerge from the casino. Either I will walk out holding Mac's bald head in my hand or he will walk out holding mine.

"It's a COOK BOOK!" Even as a kid I laughed my .... off when I heard that. For those that haven't seen it, I hope I'm not ruining it for you.

YouTube - "Twilight Zone" promo for "To Serve Man"

One of my favorite twilight zone episodes!

and just a reminder that if we do join the casino cult, that we probably need to be a bit careful....no koolaid and be careful of the steaks.

(I'm not referring to Mutt's secret posts on purpose- just to maintain operational security)

I think we are going to need a "top secret" thread started, that Mac is not allowed to read, so that we can discuss our plots in private... Kind of like a "Cone of Silence" thread...

However, I'm beginning to think his powers of persuasion are very strong, and we will all have to use all of our uneaten brains to resist him!

A secret thread sounds great...we will have to watch out for double agents. Mac is offering what sounds to be a paradise, and a lot of people are falling for it. I think that once in his buffet and casino, most will end up on the buffet..those that dont will end up in the laboratory having the new top secret serums injecting into them like lab rats. Either way following Mac=death.

Yeah it would probably be a good idea to avoid people like that. If you are going to travel with a group, be wise and choose the people carefully. My plan is to basically stay away from all other people. Eventually I might try and find others, but first the first part of Z-day, I will be alone, in the mountains away from everyone.

That's a tragic story. Tragic because it could have been avoided with basic safety principles. Always have your safety engaged until you are ready to shoot and the barrel is pointed at your target. If you own a revolver without a safety then never carry with the hammer cocked back. I also hate to say this part but, that child obviously had discipline problems (parents fault). First, s/he picked up the gun w/o permission and outside of a range, secondly, the child didn't immediately relinquish the gun to it's mother. I understand that accidents happen but these types of incidents tend to demonize ALL gun owners. Just like an automobile, without instruction and knowledge, they're dangerous. Also, just like an automobile, responsible parents can share their passion with younger children provided there is sufficient training and structure involved. Everything from shifter carts to 1/4 scale midget cars have a youth category... just like firearms. I fired my first firearm when I was 5 years old, and owned my own rifle when I was 8. Do I think EVERY child should follow that same schedule? Absolutely not! Everyone develops skills at a different rate but if I thought I couldn't instruct my child(ren) in how to safely handle a firearm... I would have to lock up every last one I owned until such time as I felt they understood the danger involved with mishandling or 'playing' with them.

I am a huge fan of the "rely only on yourself" plans, but this week we will deal with picking your group/people. Even if the first part of your plan involves making a break for it alone, sooner or later you will want to be around other people. More than likely on your first escape or in your later recon missions, you are going to run into other survivors. Some will be the lucky unprepared who just happened to be in the right place at the right time and escaped death. Others will be prepared fighters and will be considered highly dangerous.

People will want to hang with other people for lots of different reasons. If you have a lot of weapons, then you will be a hot target for other groups, because they will want your weapons. If you have a secure location, others will want to be allowed in. You will have to make an informed decision on who you allow to get close to you and who to send down the road.

Every person in your group should be good at, or have something to contribute. This is not the time to pick up extra mouths to feed, if they offer nothing to the group. Choose people who are prepared, like yourself. Think of the TV show "The Colony". Most had skills in certain areas which benefited the entire group, but at the same time, most brought attitudes as well. Fighting and arguing in the group will make for an unprepared group which will in most cases equal death to all.

So when choosing a group, make an informed decision on who you will hang with. Your life may just depend on it.
