Your customer service is absolutely the best bar none! I was really impressed with how you deal with DOA issues. The minute I told you I had a bad 801 atty--I didn't have to ask, you immediately sent me another one (without asking me to send the bad one back to you).
It is so hard to find ANY business that practices good customer service. I hand out your business cards to everyone that asks me "what the Hell you are smoking," with confidence knowing they too will be treated with excellent customer service.
