I can only share my own bottom line regarding smoking analogs. I smoked analogs for over 40 years and loved smoking. Sure there's the nicotine, but I enjoyed the oral & social habit more than the nicotine. After my open-heart surgery (leaving me with 1/3 of my heart) I quit and went to the patch... no good. Then the gum... no good. Then the lozenges... no good (I was up to 8 4mg doses a day). Then I went digital with the Joye eGo... SUCCESS! The underlying anxiety I had always attributed to my nicotine addiction was, in reality, the smoking "habit" itself! Now I "smoke" as much as I used to with only 11mg e-juice with absolutely no anxiety, coughing, smelly rooms & clothes, ashes everywhere, etc. vaping to me is a blessing and not only am I MUCH happier, but I'm pretty sure I'm healthier too!
