I think I'm doing it wrong. Need Help!!!

I purchase the eGo- CTwist and two bottle of juices one 3mg nic Unflavored VG base and one Minty Menthol zero Nic. My plans were to either vape then as stand alone juice or add some methol to the base and vape it.. However, when I vape, it give me this heavy full feeling to my lungs.
My question is, Did i buy the correct juices or juices for the DIY? Can these juices be vape alone?
I like menthol taste Tabacco can someone recommend one that it would not be so heavy?
I have been cig free for about 2 months,but I need vaping to think! I dont like this heavy feeling in my lungs thou.

Have you been vaping for two months, since you quit cigarettes?

Some people do experience a heavy feeling from 100% vg. You might consider adding some pg (propylene glycol) to your mixture. Experiment with the ratios. I've found that I like a 50/50 mix.
