I bought a maxi roughstack v2, and two trustfire 18650 2400mah batteries. When they arrived, I tried them and it would not fire. I received my charger a week later, (from another company) and charged the batteries overnight. I tried them in the maxi roughstack, and still nothing. I have sent several tickets to madvapes, but no response. When I tried to call them, I got a message the the person I was calling was not taking calls at that time. They still are not taking calls. I don't know if it's the maxi roughstack or the batteries. I just wanted to send the blame thing and the batteries back for them to see which one is causing the thing not to fire, but They won't respond. If any of you guys from madvapes is reading these messages, I sure would like to hear from you.

first check check with a voltage meter on roughstack. If you have voltage then it is the center pin on carto or atty. Try using a paper clip in battery end of carto or atty and pull center pin down just a hair. I know these duals can have problems like that
