► Vandy Vape BSKR Elite Kit; First Impressions:
One of the most interesting features of this kit is that of being able to insert a replaceable 18650 cell inside it, in fact this solution allows a high autonomy compared to other similar devices that use an integrated battery. On the bottom there is a metal cap with large air vents which is provided with a central crossbar to be able to unscrew / screw it comfortably. The cap thread is sliding and the reference indications for inserting the cell are shown inside on the bottom of the compartment/battery. The base with a diameter of 22mm offers a good footprint on the ground and makes the vertical positioning of this tube stable. The indicator LED on the activation key lights up in 3 different colors depending on the battery charge level.

Vandy-Vape-BSKR-Elite-MTL-Kit-18650-By-Sourcemore-9.jpg

The BSKR Elite body is made entirely of metal with a 22mm diameter section which reduces to 21mm in the central/lower part which is dedicated to the handle. The position of the Type-C charging socket allows you to recharge the BSKR Elite in an upright position, on the opposite side of the Type-C port there is the activation button which is made of plastic material and with a built-in signaling LED. 5 quick clicks on the button are enough to turn on/off the BSKR. At the top (under the Pod/Tank) there is the AFC ring with knurled texture and with 4 fully adjustable MTL aeration holes based on the rotation of the ring.

Vandy-Vape-BSKR-Elite-MTL-Kit-18650-By-Sourcemore-11.jpg

The other interesting feature of this kit is that you can easily replace the original pod with any classic MTL tank equipped with a 510 attachment.

Vandy-Vape-BSKR-Elite-MTL-Kit-18650-By-Sourcemore-12.jpg

In the BSKR Elite package you will find a sturdy 510 adapter with floating pin, the adapter is completely made of metal and you can insert it into the compartment/pod using a tenacious "bayonet" joint. The electric transmission to the coil is very efficient and without dispersions, whether you use the original Pod or any other 510 atomizer.

Vandy-Vape-BSKR-Elite-MTL-Kit-18650-By-Sourcemore-14.jpg

The original Pod is great looking with the bottom base and top cap being made from aluminum. The internal level of the liquid is easily controlled through the transparent plastic material. The top cap houses a classic Mtl delrin drip-tip, but you can easily replace it with the cig-feeling paper filters that are supplied in the kit.

Vandy-Vape-BSKR-Elite-MTL-Kit-18650-By-Sourcemore-16.jpg

You can quickly remove the top cap with 1/4 turn and access the filler slots which are protected by a membrane, then you can insert up to 3ml of e-liquid into the tank.

Vandy-Vape-BSKR-Elite-MTL-Kit-18650-By-Sourcemore-17.jpg

The BSKR Vvc Coils are equipped with 3 sealing silicone rings, they are inserted quickly and easily from the bottom with a slight pressure inside the original cartridge.

Vandy-Vape-BSKR-Elite-MTL-Kit-18650-By-Sourcemore-18.jpg

► Vandy Vape BSKR Elite Kit; Vape Test and Final Conclusions:
In the kit there are two different VvC Coils and I tested them both using TOB Hypnos e-liquid diluted 10% in a 50:50 VG/PG base with 3mg/ml of boost.

• Vvc Mesh-Coil 1.2Ω Range 7-13W:
This resistance activates quickly but delivers quite low power for my taste. In fact, for me it offers little flavor and a modest amount of vapor that also feels quite dry. By inserting the paper filter instead of the delrin drip-tip, the performance is further reduced, however some users who were used to very light cigarettes might appreciate this configuration especially by opening only 1 or 2 air inlet holes also obtaining a puff very narrow.

• Vvc Mesh-Coil 0.9Ω Range 9-16W:
This coil is pre-installed in the tank and it's also my favourite, I quite like it both using the original driptip and using the paper filter. Compared to the previous coil, this one offers a much more concentrated flavor, a hotter, fuller and wetter vapor, just the way I like it. The hit in the throat is consistent when you close the air adjustment knob. Furthermore, the extraction is sufficiently silent and it is more so when using the paper filter. Condensation in the base of the pod is acceptable and is easily removed with a dry cloth.

• Aftermarket MTL tanks:
I really liked the great degree of adaptability of the BSKR Elite Kit with its unique Bypass delivery mode. I liked it because whether you are using the original pod or using the 510 adapter, the perceived power value does not seem to deviate too much from the average value offered by the resistor you are using, and this also happens with a level of charge battery not necessarily high.

Vandy-Vape-BSKR-Elite-MTL-Kit-18650-By-Sourcemore-19.jpg

Would I Recommend This Kit? As far as I'm concerned, yes, I'm appreciating and using the BSKR Elite Kit a lot, it's convenient for me to have a compact device like this and with a great battery life thanks to the 18650 battery. Furthermore, for my outings I can successfully install some 22mm tanks that I liked but were housed on devices with small internal batteries that provided little battery life.

If you like Vandy Vape BSKR Elite kit, you can buy it from Sourcemore at the affordable price of $22.49 using the code: VVBEK.

Thanks for reading.

Problems with dovpo dual topside fully functioning with profile ps rda

So I got a brand new dovpo dual topside, one of the only dual battery squonk mods, and I need two batters because the profile ps require over 100 watts with certain strips, like the nexmesh A1 strips, both strips in parallel mode equal .07 ohms
The problem is with the ohms this low, the computer chip won't let me fire above 118 watts on a full charge. I have brand new vtc6s 3000 mah each the best battery available.
I just spent hella money so I'm really upset this is happening. I want to vape it at 132 watts and it drops to 115 or so when I fire it.
I used to have the geek vape l200 and I didn't have this problem with that mod.
Now I want to buy another dual battery squonk mod but I'm scared the same thing will happen and more money will be wasted
So is there anything I can do to fix it? Or is there a dual battery sqwuonker that can do what I want?

About to just say screw squonking and drip. Really sad.

Best pod vape and mix? Beginner

Hello!

23 yo boy from Denmark looking for some advise from the wise.

I’ve been sucking on some 2% 600 and 5% 2800 dissposable vapes for the past month now, and it quickly runs the pocket. I’m therefore looking for a pod vape which i can refill and charge myself.

I’ve been looking at some pods that arent huge and with a slick design. But the thing that confuses me the most is the finding the size regarding my nicotine and flavor usage.
I started with the 2% which felt quite good, then the 5% which still hits a little hard.

So maybe 3% should be the perfect match for me. But how will that compaire to a normal vape pod? The pods ive been looking at says 2ml and i legit have no idea what that means. So i really hope you guys could help me out here. Would mean so much!

Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool (VERY INTERESTING)!

So, I thought I'd post about this because I find it VERY interesting and was curious as to the feedback I'd receive. If the mod(s) think this should be moved to the health section feel free, I didn't post there because it's not very active.

I have other Dyson's, but they are just heaters/fans, this is my first machine with a built in purifier as well. I set the unit up last night and turned it on, immediately the AQ in here was in the "SEVERE" range . My machine has a LCD screen on it so you can see everything in real time, it also has an app you can follow as well. After a while of not vaping, the AQ dropped into the "very good" category. As soon as I took a drag (within a matter of a few seconds), as soon as the vapor hit the filter area of the machine, the graph on the LCD screen jumped right back up into the "SEVERE" category again. :vapor:

Also, the heater doesn't work very well like my other machines do, I have it set to AUTO (the fan seems to always like to run at full speed which I don't like) and when the machine detects the temperature has been reached, it kicks off the heat but then continues the purifier from the back side of the unit, which blows out barely look warm air and cools the room down again so it's defeating the heating purpose of the machine. I'm very irritated with this and might return it.

As far as the AQ goes though, I was wondering what anyone thinks about the machine detecting vapor as "bad AQ?"

Thanks (I've attached a screenshot of the app so you can see the graph and how it JUMPED!

New but worried re PG

Diagnosed with chronic urticaria, and folliculitis, been researching so much myself, but doctor's in the dark, found PG could do this. Slightly confused, is it because it's gotten on my skin, or sometimes get some in my mouth or just completely allergic. I will put this to doc next time. Meanwhile, where do I buy 100% V G and what kind of accessory do I use, i read...sub ohm? And i take it you have to add nicotine? Any help appreciated

SX Mini G Class (SX550J) Battery Level Problem

Just a thought about a previously mentioned problem. I disassembled this biatch and cleaned everything and there wasn't anything apparent to create this issue. Reassembled and it seemed to work properly again. for a little while. I ended up swapping atty's around and looking further into what my coils were doing. It seems to me that this machine is quite finicky. The "check Battery" warning most likely comes from a resistance that it doesn't like, so a different coil wrap perhaps, or it could be a very simple non contact issue with a leg of one of your coils. So look into the atty's as a first step. Like I said, it is a biatch of a machine that likes things to be just so. It senses the slightly loose coil contact and reports it as a "check Battery" issue to the end user.

Decadent - Harlequin

Decadent - Harlequin
Producer: England
Recommended mixing ratio: 15%
Setup: Mesh RTA, 40W
A masterfully smooth blend of sweet red berries, banana and creamy vanilla with an unexpected twist of dark liquorice. Huhh, it's a lot to even say, so much has been packed into this flavour by the manufacturer. I'm going back to Decadent again for a bit, as I've brought five new flavours for testing. So far, I've tested six samples from the manufacturer and they have not disappointed in taste or quality. Moving on to the aroma, it is bathed in vanilla strawberry, which has turned out to be quite strong and fragrant. On the inhale, there's a sweet vanilla that gets sweeter and sweeter, and then on the exhale the fruity part comes out, in the form of strawberries and a tiny bit of banana. You can't distinguish the liquorice on its own, I suppose it gives that little extra sweetness to the vanilla. Of the red fruits, I only smelled the strawberries, the bananas are something to think about , just barely there. The proportion of vanilla in the flavour is quite good, not so strong that it overwhelms the other components, it tastes more like custard. All in all and to put it a bit simplistically, you get a sweet vanilla pudding drizzled with a little strawberry jam. You get a strong and rich flavour, yet it can still be good for all day use. For me it brought the usual good quality and reliability, for the price and flavour it could be a perfect choice for those who like these flavours.

Need a little help with getting wire/and or premades.

Hi guys! I'm not new to vaping, but certainly newer to RTAs. I'm currently running a Dead Rabbit v3 on a Lost Vape Thelema Quest. I hate the DR, tbh. I have tried different coils, different cotton, and different juices. No matter what I do I can not get flavor on this stupid thing. It's intensely muted. (Even compared to my Geekvape Z tank, which is absolutely ancient, lol.) Before venturing into rebuildables, I exclusively used the Valryian v2 tank, with either the single mesh, or the triple mesh, but they have not only increased in price, but in rarity. So they are no longer an opton. I also keep my airflow completely open. I'm looking for reccomendations to get close to that flavor/experience. So far rtas have been a huge letdown for me (aside from price). I've been reccomended the Arbiter v2, as well as venturing into squonking, and I've been researching all day. I am overwhelmed with options to the point of giving up entirely, and sticking with sub-ohm. (ugh) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Need Ejuice recommendation: No PG, natural tobacco

I'm an old fan of Heather's Heavenly Vapes, I bought a ton of Legend Purity just before they closed up shop. Now I'm getting close to running out, and I'm not finding the selection of PG-free tobacco flavors out there that I used to. I appreciate any recommendations! My basic requirements are: tobacco flavor, no PG, no fruit/candy flavoring.

THC x MIKE VAPES BLAZE SOLO RDA review by hittman

THC x MIKE VAPES BLAZE SOLO RDA review by hittman

Hello and welcome. Today I will be taking a look at the Thunderhead Creations x Mike Vapes Blaze Solo RDA that was sent to me by Sourcemore in order to provide you with a fair and honest review. The Blaze Solo is 24mm in diameter and has a 2ml liquid capacity. This is really a good capacity but I always install the bottom feed pin and use rdas on squonk mods myself. The build deck for the Solo is postless and has 315 degree angled down honeycomb airflow. There are 43 honeycomb airflow holes on this one to provide the best flavor possible from this rda.

The packaging for the Blaze Solo is of the type that I like with the clear viewing window on the front of the package. Just like the other THC products I’ve tested there is quite a bit of writing/branding on the box. Of course there is the THC logo and Mike Vapes name on the front since it was a collaboration. There is also a sticker on the front stating that it was vote as the best single coil rta by a FB group. Just like the front, the back side is covered in branding along with a short contents list and the THC website.

1674422774187.png

1674422812686.png

Once the box top is lifted then the Solo rda is better visible. I received the gunmetal version which is dark enough that initially I thought I had received the black version. Initially you get a look at the rda and the coil cutting tool sitting above it in the insert. Below that is the user manual, warranty card, two allen wrenches, extra grub screws, bf squonk pin, spare o rings, two coils, and one cotton thread. I’m a little surprised there were two coils and only one cotton thread.

1674422865516.png

1674422892481.png

Like any tank or rda, first thing you want to go is to clean the tank. This one only breaks down into three pieces which are the drip tip, outer chamber, and the base/build deck. I’ve notice after past experience with THC tanks that they tend to include drip tips that are a little nicer than what are included in most tanks.

The Solo has a 24mm base with a height of 29.5mm. The Blaze name is formed into the outside of the chamber in a nice font. The bottom of the base has the THC logo and name as well as Mike Vapes name engraved on it, It also has a serial number on it. You can see in the second and third pictures below that the 510 center pin protrudes quite a bit. The Solo uses two cyclops type slots to provide the airflow into the tank. The airflow comes in through those two slots that can be adjusted by turning the chamber. Once the air comes in then it is angled down before going up through the 315 degree honeycomb airflow that is provided through 43 holes to come around the coil before coming up through the drip tip. This system provides superior flavor production.

1674422939031.png

1674422956084.png

1674422975896.png

QP0LAam.jpg

The inside of the chamber has two tabs that are used to lock in and adjust the airflow on the Solo. There is a positive stop when fully open or closed. This works in conjunction with the design of the shape of the deck. The two raised edges of the deck align with the slots in the inside of the chamber.

1674423077089.png

1674423097061.png

As I mentioned earlier, the deck has 43 airflow holes to provide a 315 degree surrounding airflow. It is being called the “Victory” build deck. The outer chamber is sealed once placed onto the deck with two o rings keeping any leaking from happening.

SuhpWnV.jpg

I like when an rda or rta has a coil cutting guide tool included. They usually have an arrow marked on the side to let you know the right length to cut the coil legs. It was a good thing that this one had that because I very likely would have cut the legs too short on my first attempt. The cutting guide did have the 8mm slot marked so I went ahead and cut them to that length despite thinking to myself that it seemed too long. Well it wasn’t and was actually a perfect fit.

The deck screws have an allen type head and there is an allen wrench included for them as well as a second allen wrench that can be used to switch out the standard 510 center pin for the bottom feed pin. There are four coil openings and screws so you can insert a coil no matter which way it is wound.

I used one of the included three core Clapton coils and once the coil was inserted then I did a burn in to make sure it was heating evenly. After the coil is burned in then it can be wicked once the coil is cool enough. On this one you need to cut the wick quite long because it has a deep juice well that holds 2ml of liquid.

1674423237881.png
LyOM8Er.jpg

B2UiuHh.jpg

XKeaJfL.jpg

CHImTfQ.jpg

I don’t really know why it was done like this but think it’s interesting how the liquid comes in high through the top and then angles down to the side slot. When using the bottom feed pin then it works much like you would think and flows over to the side slot.

gueXFmG.jpg

FINAL THOUGHTS:

When I see Mike Vapes name on a tank or rda then I expect a certain level of quality. This isn’t his first collaboration with THC and I have previously reviewed the Blaze RTA which was a dual coil rta. I was not disappointed with the Blaze Solo.

The 315 degree airflow produced very good flavor. I was able to run one of the included coils at 40 watts with the airflow at about 1/3 open and got a very dense and flavorful vapor. The 2ml liquid capacity allows the user to drip or squonk less often despite which type of operation you prefer.

Due to the surrounding deck design it is slightly tricky to get the coil installed but with the coil legs cut to 8mm it makes it a little easier. I found that it wasn’t bad if I got one leg in first and then inserted the second leg instead of trying to insert both at once. With the deeper juice well you do want to cut the wick rather long in order to reach to the bottom of the well.

If you decide to order one of these then you may want to pay attention to which one you order since some have outer chambers made of aluminum instead of stainless steel. I personally prefer stainless steel for tanks and rdas. There is also a glass chamber available for purchase separately if you like things like that.

I think it’s pretty obvious that I would definitely recommend this rda for you. It’s another well-made rda by THC and Mike Vapes. I would like to thank Sourcemore and Kavis for sending the Blaze Solo RDA for this review. Thanks again to the readers that take the time to read my reviews. Below is a link to the website if you’d like to get one for yourself.

Hello folks and welcome to todays review of the vape gear mentioned in the title. Some of you might be saying that I reviewed all of the gear already and you would be correct, Voopoo is going the start releasing the Argus XT/MT and Argus GT2 in kit form with the Uforce-L Tank and asked if I could revisit all three once more. I was sent the Argus XT MOD and the Argus GT2 in kit form with the Matt Tank as well as another Uforce-L Tank and it will be featured with both device in this review. I will try and condense this lengthy review as much as possible for you but I will give a spoiler alert on the Uforce-L Tank and the new PNP coils for it in just 2 words ( FLAVOR MONSTER )! ! !

Non clicky silent fire button mods?

In my quest to find one of these the closest i came was the hellvape arez 120, fire button is silent but half the time it doesnt fire or just cuts in and out (even on the new batch) or just turns off the device (old batch), i would prefer a single 21700 mod, the dna ones all seem to be clicky so stealth vaping is not an option, anyone have any suggestions, im slowly losing my mind here.

Hellvape Arez disassembly

According to this thread: Hellvape Arez, fix for faulty button

I have the same issue, while a replacement isnt an option (from EU so customs will intercept and destroy it, the vape shop i bought it from doesnt exist anymore) i would like to open it up and try the fix myself,

One issue is that after unscrewing, only the side of the screw part is budging at the top, the side of the screen doesnt move at all when pushing inside the battery compartment.

Even tried holding down the buttons but no luck, since i cant contact the OP i was wondering if anyone has some tips to get it open?

Edit; finally got it open, when removing the rubber part the fire button gets really loud and i cant stand loud clicky fire buttons, oof.
