The Gothic series is unfortunately hard to come by nowadays, but it is definitely worth mentioning as it was a favourite of many people when it was a collection of five different flavours. Death' is a fruity flavour with a combination of ripe blackberry, pear and banana, which fits in well with the rest of the range as they all contain some sort of fruity note.
Nose: Mostly reminiscent of a pear candy, it is pleasant and moderately intense, while also offering a slightly tart blackberry note.

Flavour: On the palate, a harmonious blend of blackberries and pears emerges, offering a truly unique fruity experience. On the exhale, a soft, creamy banana flavour emerges, which finishes the overall effect in a subtle way. The slightly sweet, characterful taste of pear accompanies the steaming without overpowering the other fruits. The astringency of the blackberries provides a pleasant contrast to the intensity of the pears, which is most noticeable at the beginning of the steaming. The persistent sour notes of the blackberries, added to the sweetness of the pears and bananas, evoke a bit of a sour candy experience for me. A soft and creamy banana flavour finishes the line, bringing a pleasant sensation to the end of the steaming, making the two chief fruit flavours even more delicious.
Summary: It is simply impossible not to love this flavour, as we get the perfect cavalcade of the unique fruit trio of pear, blackberry and banana. The pear dominates, dominating much of the steaming with its tartness, while the tartness of the blackberries and the sweet, creamy finish of the banana add a real complexity to the experience. The harmonious combination of fruits is constantly changing, so that each stage of the steaming process reveals new layers. The balance of flavours makes it an excellent choice for all-day use without getting bored. The subtle sweetness is present just enough to counterbalance the natural acidity of the fruit, so I found it to be perfectly in line with the manufacturer's description.

Is ice in vapes psychoactive? I know menthol can have psychoactive properties when used with nicotine. I'm asking this question because I'm only interested in consuming nicotine and not another chemical that also changes brain activity. I can find the information on menthol but I can't find anything on koolada or ws-23.

I have a dilemma between 2 Boro mod devices Ambition mods kil-lite and stubby x-ray both with DNA chip. I would to ask you if you have experience with either of 2 (how they perform, feel in the hands, problems with connection....) Devices will be mainly use on work place, MTL style at home i use other vaping devices. I have a NTSU bridge who i really like, only conceren regards mods is the bottom conector i like it adjustuble like stubby has. Thank you for your help

These tests below only note my personal opinion for the ESTIMATED ratings for the batteries I tested at the time I tested them. Any battery that is not a genuine Samsung, Sony, Murata, LG, Panasonic, Molicel, EVE, Lishen, BAK, or Sanyo can change at any time! This can be one of the hazards of using “rewrapped” or batteries from other manufacturers so carefully research any battery you are considering using before purchasing.

Misusing or mishandling lithium-ion batteries can pose a SERIOUS RISK of property damage, personal injury, or even death. Never use them outside of a fully protected battery pack and you use them at your own risk. Never exceed the battery’s true continuous discharge rating (CDR), never let it get colder than 0°C or hotter than 60°C, and keep the plastic wrap and top insulating ring in perfect condition. Never use a battery that is physically damaged in any way.

Testing batteries at their limits is dangerous and should never be attempted by anyone who has not thoroughly studied the dangers involved, understands the risks, has the proper equipment, and takes all appropriate safety precautions.

If the battery has only one current rating number, or if it only says "max", then I have to assume the battery is rated at that current level for any type of discharge, including continuous.




Test Results
This is the one of the best performing round cells I’ve ever tested for moderate to extreme high power applications. In early testing it’s not quite as good a performer as what appears to be the Ampace JP40 (still need unaltered factory wrapped cells to test) but they’re close.

The Molicel P50B performs a bit worse than the 40PL and JP40 but runs at a much steadier voltage at extreme power levels, has incredibly long cycle life at high power levels, and has a 25A charge rating. I’m still testing the cycle life of the 40PL and JP40 but neither have shown early signs of being “fragile” (short cycle lives).

My thoughts and results below…

• DC IR averaged 5.1mOhms for two cells vs 5.4mOhms for the LT22710A (Ampace JP40?)…essentially identical. It was about 9.5mOhms for the Molicel P50B.
• Capacities were 4086mAh and 4120mAh, not great consistency but not terrible. This is about what it should be though for a 4000mAh minimum-rated cell in my opinion.
• At high power levels the 40PL runs at a slightly higher voltage (“hits harder”) for bit at the start but then the LT22710A (Ampace JP40?) runs a bit higher.
• These are not huge performance differences and might not be noticeable in “real world” use.
• The 40PL and LT22710A (Ampace JP40?) run at about the same temperature at high power levels.
• The 40PL datasheet only lists a 70A temperature-limited rating (with a recommended 75°C cutoff and max 80°C cutoff). Never let this cell go over 80°C!
• Since this cell reaches 80°C at a bit over 45A in my testing I am giving it an estimated 45A true continuous current rating.
• For discharging at low power levels, about 5A and lower, the Samsung 50S, BAK N21700CG-50, Molicel P50B, and LG M50LT will all run for a bit longer. But for up to about 70A this cell is incredible.
• Padja, a highly respected tester over at the Endless-Sphere forums, had poor cycle life results late last year with what was probably a pre-production cell (https://endless-sphere.com/sphere/threads/tabless-design-cylindrical-cells-tests.122072/). I’ve been abusively cycle life testing this cell for my Patreon supporters and so far it has held up well, about the same as other cells I am testing this way.
• Standard charge rating is 2A and maximum is 8A. If you need extremely fast charging then test the Molicel P50B, its max rating is 25A.
• EVE claims a 100A continuous current rating for this cell in their marketing materials (but 70A in the datasheet). I’ve done testing at 100A for my Patreon supporters (never exceeding 80°C limit) with this cell and others and it didn’t get noticeably damaged from this abuse. Cycle life will DEFINITELY be a lot shorter though if you consistently run this cell that hard!
• If pulsing at incredibly high current levels and you need consistent power output the P50B is the better choice in my opinion due to how flat its discharge curve is. But the P50B does run at a lower voltage though due to its higher internal resistance.
• If your application draws more than 50A-70A or so then I strongly recommend testing this cell, the Molicel P50B, and the Ampace JP40 to see which performs the best for you. I RECOMMEND NEVER GOING OVER THIS CELL’S 70A RATING THOUGH! It significantly increases the risks of using this cell, shortens cell life, and results in huge voltage sag,
• This cell has a spiral pattern on the bottom of the cell but it has an extra revolution compared to the spiral on the bottom of the JP40.

MY FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
I find the construction quality of the highest level, the materials with which it is built are truly valuable, it is a very light device and really pleasant to hold in the hand, its elegant lines immediately catch the eye, this will certainly be a device that I will continue to use because It's giving me a lot of satisfaction, the LEDs aren't too intrusive, in fact I find them very beautiful, the air regulation and the throat hit are really suitable for everyday use.
I was also really impressed by the battery life but we'll talk about this late

So, it's now illegal to bring ecig with you into Mexico (but of course I can bring cigarettes - ugh!) Haven't smoked since 2011, don't plan to start now. I do want to vape.

I found a store in Puerto Vallarta that carries mods - Geek Vape, Voodoo Drag, etc - they even deliver ;-) So, I can have that delivered to me.
The store does not however carry the tank I like, or the coils, or the juice I like. Ugh.

I've read a lot of other folks' experiences with customs arrival that all ranged from "They don't pat you down, just put your stuff in your pocket and make sure it's not in your carry on/purse/luggage because those are all scanned" - to folks that actually did get caught, but simply paid a fine to the agent and waived on, to folks that had their stuff confiscated and only one experience of someone claiming to have been detained for hours. Mostly it's, "Oh, it's no big deal".

Anyone have experience with this? 'cause I'm thinking, if my tank is completely apart - like, glass separate from drip tip separate from coils - is that actually something they would look for? I mean, the tank itself is NOT an ecig. So. Technically, to me, it's not illegal?

And for juice, I thought about just putting juice in shampoo bottle in checked luggage. But. Ugh. I believe that is illegal and hesitant to do so. I HATE the idea of using juice from a source I do not trust (which is why I don't want to purchase it there).

Haven't been on this forum in a while. I need some advice on purchasing a new mod. I always go with starter kits because they are the simplest for me. I currently am using the SMOK Fortis starter kit primarily but am experiencing some mechanical issues. I've only had it for about a month and it randomly shuts off and doesn't work properly. I'm looking to purchase a new starter kit and need some suggestions. I'm basically looking for something in the $40 to $60 dollar range that's going to last a long time.
