Hi, today let's take a look at the Innokin Klypse Mecha Refillable Pod Kit. In this Test I will examine each of the characteristics that distinguish this item. I hope that at the end of this reading you can understand this product, and therefore decide whether to invest in it or not. As always, my opinions are free and based on my personal experience.

The package is colored like the device inside and reports on the front; the image of a gear, this to remember its "mechanical" stylistic vocation, the name of the device together with the writing "refillable pod kit", the color of this sample "moon shadow ink" and the warnings above a white background. On the back of the package we find; the packing list, all the useful Innokin information, logos & brands, serial numbers and the inevitable warnings always on a white background. The package sideways shows the following information; main features in the form of icons, complete nomenclature and scratch&check.

► Innokin Klypse Mecha; First Impressions:
Innokin Klypse Mecha presents itself to the public with a stunning timeless design. KLYPSE MECHA is made of premium zinc alloy, with an intricate design directly inspired by the craftsmanship of mechanical watches, I have to say I was pleasantly impressed. The "Moon Shadow Ink" version is identifiable with a Gunmetal base color, the Stardust Silver version is the base color with Silver, both show off intriguing shades and decorations, in my opinion they are beautiful, I couldn't define my favorite, I like them a lot both. At this moment I am only aware of these two color versions, new colors will probably be introduced soon. The chipset communicates with an amazing circular display and the board benefits from some interesting functions such as the smart function for automatic coil setting. The button for adjusting and navigating the menu also seems to derive directly from the world of mechanical watches and is beautifully displayed on the panel. Klypse Mecha is compatible with all KLYPSE pods, including the 0.6, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω refillable pods, as well as the KLYPSE C1 1.7Ω pre-filled pods. You can really vary your vaping experience without compromise.
The Type-C charging socket is located on the side. The 900mAh internal battery seems really effective, I managed to get 650 Puffs at 10W of power. Battery charging time is approximately 60 minutes.
Klypse Mecha has a well-sized footprint on the ground and guarantees stability in an upright position, even during charging. The zinc alloy construction adds structural strength, has good heat dissipation and includes bottom cooling holes that serve the important function of a safety vent for a possible and dodgy battery failure. Innokin also thought of this, excellent!
► Innokin Klypse Mecha; Airflow Control:
As we read previously, the charging socket is located on the side. On the opposite side we find a slider AFC system controlled by a small and sturdy metal knob. The slider system is able to vary the airflow from restricted MTL to smooth RDL. I would like to point out that this system is precise and maintains the set regulation well. The knob offers excellent resistance to movement, so it is difficult for it to move inadvertently, it remains fixed even when you put the device in your pockets.
Klypse Mecha is equipped with an Innokin 2.0 user interface with circular OLED indicator, the chip is simple but powerful, allowing you to read the time in the blink of an eye, adjust the power or voltage and navigate the menu via the external key. You can also check the last Puff time and see an intuitive estimate of remaining battery life. Klypse Mecha automatically detects which KLYPSE pod is installed and prevents you from exceeding recommended power limits, giving you complete peace of mind.
► Innokin Klypse Mecha; Operation Guide:
• On/Off: 3 clicks on the Fire button within 2 seconds
• Screen lock/unlock: Press and hold the Fire button for 3 seconds, when the setting is locked you can vape but you can't make changes
• To adjust the power, hold down the button until the numerical value starts to flash, then you can rotate the knob to decrease or increase the power. Each rotation to the left decreases the power by 0.1-0.5W, each rotation to the right increases the power by 0.1-0.5W.

• You can rotate the knob to access the settings and hold to confirm
• You can set the time
• You can adjust the screen timeout 5-180s
• You can reset the puff count
• You can adjust the cut off from 3 to 10s

► Innokin Klypse Mecha; Pod Connection:
The compartment/pod houses inside the sensor for the automatic activation of the puff and two small circular magnets which are the mirror image of those present on the bottom of the cartridge, the magnets are powerful and keep the cartridge firmly inside the Mod.
► Klypse Pod Platform Compatible:
The cartridges included in the Kit are made of transparent PCTG, are equipped with a reference notch for the minimum e-liquid level and an adhesive sticker on the bottom to prevent the coil from being activated inadvertently during transport. The bottom base of the cartridge has two magnets, two gold-plated contacts and the airflow channel for automatic shooting operation. The silicone cap for filling is located on the thinner side of the cartridge and an arrow indicates which side to lift the cap from. The filling port is large enough to easily introduce 2ml of e-liquid with the majority of bottles on the market. In the second image below you can see all the cartridges compatible with Klypse Mecha; There are 3 refillable type cartridges and one pre filled cartridge with various flavors available.
► Innokin Klypse Mecha; Final conclusions:
To test the refillable disposable cartridges I used one of my favorite creamy liquids; "Boss Reserve" 50/50 base with 4mg/ml boost.
• Klypse Pod (2ml) 0.6Ω:
The Innokin 2.0 Chipset automatically detects this cartridge and selects 15W power by default for it, you can manually set up to 18W or go slightly below 15W and you will always get a ready activation. I like this cartridge because it allows you to close the air and obtain a strong shot on target and a perfect and narrow MTL shot which is ideal for tobacco or cream liquids. With the airflow wide open and with a power setting of 18W you can really get an open RDL hit and generate large clouds of vapor maximizing the flavor especially with fruit or cream e-juice. The puff is always smooth and silent with any degree of opening of the AFC.
• Klypse Pod (2ml) 1.2Ω:
The Innokin 2.0 Chipset automatically detects this cartridge and selects 10W power by default for it, you can manually set up to 11W or easily go below 10W and you will always get a prompt response when drawing steam. This cartridge is specific for MTL, therefore to obtain the best performance; you have to adjust the air slider towards a narrow position, if you want you can close the air slider completely and you will get a really closed and braked Puff without experiencing any spitting problems. With this cartridge you can enjoy tobacco e-juice with satisfaction with a truly low and negligible consumption.
Both cartridges with integrated coil are promoted because they provide a good flavor to my creamy e-liquid, they never generate condensation, practically zero. The sensor activates perfectly and effortlessly. The AFC adjustment offers a perfectly calibrated MTL/RDL vape. After a few days of use, the Puff is always fluid, regular and free of spitting. The condensation that forms in the compartment/pod is very minimal, almost non-existent, thus reducing maintenance to a minimum. Adjust the power to match the desired intensity and precisely adjust the airflow, you are sure to find your perfect suction.
The Klypse Mecha's internal battery is durable and maintains constant power until the end of the charge. The Innokin 2.0 Chipset has all the necessary safety functions and communicates with a beautiful circular Oled display which incorporates a spectacular "tricolour" ring to indicate the battery charge level. The display graphics and options that the Klypse Pod chip offers are in a superior category and you will hardly find anything similar in an entry-level Pod device like this. I have said everything about the fascinating aspect of Klypse Mecha during the review. So don't miss it if you are a Vaper looking for a really beautiful and particular Pod device that will allow you to stand out from the crowd.
