I used to smoke a pack of Peter Stuyvesant per day.
Nowadays I vape between 25 and 30mg nic salt.
I vape quite a bit, I vape about 60ml of 30mg nic salt in a month.
I was just wondering if there is a way to tell if I am now consuming more nicotine than when I was smoking?

The vaping doesn't really have any side effects, except for the odd cotton mouth, but easily sorted with enough water.
