Since I didn’t really have anything going on, I got in my first real workout in weeks. I have been doing PT exercises but they aren’t strenuous. I’m starting out slowly since it’s like starting over. I did some walking on the treadmill and a fair amount of weights. I figure if I’m going to keep the weight off that I lost that I need to stay active and build some strength back.

It feels weird to wake up and not have a big project to work on. This is the first in a month where I don’t have to work on the fence and it was the landscaping project before that. There’s always little things that need done but no big projects right now.

I have zero interest in the berserk at that level. 16mg is plenty for me. I like to have some different strength snus from 8-16mg on hand. I’m still working in a nic pouch here and there. I really like the 77 salted caramel.

I've got the second suitcase unpacked, now I've got to get travel items gathered up and put the suitcases away. I've got the laundry in the dryer and another load in the wash. I've scooped and refreshed the litter boxes. After nearly 2 weeks, they desperately needed it. I'll watch the Aggies whoop Arkansas later today.

I've placed many orders with them and have never had any issues. Decent prices, fast shipping (at least in my case), and never an issue with any of the products I've purchased. I recommend them often, actually.

All of this said, the vape industry is still changing, unfortunately and not for the better. The Machine is winning (and it sucks).

Now I'm almost curious to place another order with them, just to see the results. I fear that in time, we'll all be SOL when it comes to vendor availability.
