Since I didn’t really have anything going on, I got in my first real workout in weeks. I have been doing PT exercises but they aren’t strenuous. I’m starting out slowly since it’s like starting over. I did some walking on the treadmill and a fair amount of weights. I figure if I’m going to keep the weight off that I lost that I need to stay active and build some strength back.
