Do you vape 100% VG? What's your ideal device and wattage for that?

True. Water makes for invisible clouds though so visible clouds will go down and the temp necessary to vaporize it will go up.

As for temp control, to do it accurately you need one of a few no longer sold devices or a DNA mod which are generally near or over $100.

The idea with temp control is if it is set right, it’s impossible for the coil to get hot enough ANYWHERE to possibly do many of the bad things all vapes are accused of doing all the time. A safety feature. Most of the “bad things” are based on the equivalent of what happens AFTER you boil a pan dry and melt the bottom out.

The whole whole series of accusations is a bit asinine to begin with, but that was their original reason for coming into being. As long as there is ANY juice left it CAN’T get hotter than the boiling juice. That’s physics. It’s how cooking works. So as long as you don’t vape it totally dry, and change your wick when it starts to taste weird, it’s basically impossible for that stuff to even happen.
I'm sorry but mostly NO on most accounts. Starting from the top:
- while water has a LOWER boiling point than PG or VG a mere addition of %1-5 can do wonders with thinning out pure VG juice.
- as for TC control there are nearly countless inexpensive devices that CLAIM to be able to do it, however many of the cheaper models might only work with the BETTER TCR value metals.
- while "power mode" was invented to provide some form of consistency of vape between tanks/coils, TC mode was invented to provide consistency between draws/tokes. The so called "dry hit protection" was an added bonus.
- studies have shown that not-so-good gasses/chemicals start getting produced when vape juice is heated over 425F.

It is rather tragically comical that the mindless masses continue to vape a nearly endless supply of unknown substances in "store bought" juice.
