Hi. When im running a 0.12 ohm build, taking 2-3 second pulls on a single 18650 mod(unreg) do I calculate the amp draw b4 or after sag under load? Meaning my batt is @ 4.15v at full charge, but at that super low build, and batt sag, voltage drop, drop under load, im probably really hitting 3.7v when I press that button, so do I calculate 0.12ohm @ 4.15v to get amp draw, or 0.12ohm @ 3.7v?

If it drops to 3.7V and you want to know the amount of current actually flowing then use 3.7V. You would also need to know the voltage drop through your mod so measure the voltage at the atomizer posts.

If you want a bit of a safery margin then use 4.2V.

Thanks. I thought thats what i would do. I didnt feel like i was pulling 35 amps or more (in 2-3 sec pulses) and vaping at 145 watts so i assumed that after everything else comes into play, the voltage drops significantly and im really pulsing closer to the 20 amp continuous rating, which makes me happy! Still, its better to ask and be safe than be a know-it-all! Thanks. Big help!
