Awesome thanks so much. Knowing there is venting on the bottom has me sold. I was worried they did away with it to make it waterproof. I appreciate the reply, you have helped me so much.

It's not really waterproof but water resistant, meaning water will not go inside the internal circuits if water happened to be splashed on it(battery door, 510 connection). There are 27 little holes on the bottom next to the micro usb port. I suppose if water got through the bottom, it'd probably ruin the mod.

Hey I had a question about the ipv2s. I know it's water proof, so did they remove the battery vents that the 1,2 and 3 have? Is it safe enough to use as far as fail safes? I'm just afraid of it being a closed unit with no heat spreading/venting. Any info is extremely helpful since this is the unit I want.

Good Morning,
I have a question about an RDA called the Marquis
I was informed that you had a hand in the design of it as per Avid Vaper web site, this thing looks very cool, similar to the Veritas RDA
I purchased the Marquis from Avid Vaper but have a bad feeling about them, could you give me any information you have on Avid Vaper or the Marquis RDA, I would be forever grateful.
