I've been nicotine free for just over a year now. It's been fantastic. I pick up a vape and enjoy it, sometimes I go on vaping for days or weeks, and then I kind of lose interest and let it go for days weeks or months.

Recently I've been experimenting with 0mg disposables. One in particular that I really enjoy is a Cylindrical device, inhale activated, and is just like holding a little cigar.

So now I'm looking for a Cylindrical Pod Device. It doesn't have to have a crazy battery life. 600-800mah is fine.

So I figured I'd log back into my old account and ask some old friends. What do y'all think? Anything fit the bill?

Greetings from Africa Sudan, I am relatively new to the Vaping world, I started my Vape journey one Year ago when my friend give me a Kyln M RTA Tank with a couple of bottles of E juice and I absolutely loved it, so I gradually start quit smoking and I now become solely Vaper and I will never go back to smoking again,
in my country, we do not have access to Vape products, e-Liquid, and wicking materials, that is why I started buying a lot of Vape supplies across the seas which it becomes increasingly difficult due to the international laws and restrictions imposed on the vape products
so far I stocked around 50 bottles of e juice around and 10 Tanks (sub-ohm, RTA, and MTL ) plus two pods systems, and a lot of wires and cotton, when selecting these items I read many online reviews before I commit to any product
I am a DTL vapor so most of my juice selection is around 70 % VG and I love the clouds that I am getting and the dense flavor as well, but the annoying issue that I am facing in all my Tanks is that I get a lot of E-Juice in my Mouth via air chemmeny which is ruined my vaping experience, I tried several Sub Ohm tanks (Geek Vape Zeus Z, Free Max Pro 2, Kylin V2 RTA, Zeus x RTA, Unwell Crown 5 ) tried to search online for a solution without any success , tried several recommendation but I always end up with sweet Ejuice in my mouth and my final conclusion there something wrong with the Ejuices that I am using, so now I am switching to MTL vaping with Ares V MTL and Voopoo Vinci X2 Pod kit, my second question is that which Ejuce liquid composition is suited for these devices (Ares v2 MTL and Voopoo Vinci X2 with pnp R1 coils ) my Ejuice stock is several bottles of Black note tobacco series (50% VG) and 25 % Salt Nic and I am wondering if it will work with the above setup kindly note that I do not like strong throat hit and preferred smooth vape

These tests below only note my personal ESTIMATED ratings for the batteries I tested at the time I tested them. Any battery that is not a genuine Samsung, Sony, Murata, LG, Panasonic, Molicel, or Sanyo can change at any time! This is one of the hazards of using “rewrapped” or batteries from other manufacturers so carefully research any battery you are considering using before purchasing.

Misusing or mishandling lithium-ion batteries can pose a SERIOUS RISK of property damage, personal injury, or even death. They are not supposed to be used outside of a fully protected battery pack and you use them at your own risk. Never exceed the battery’s true continuous current rating and keep the plastic wrap and top insulating ring in perfect condition.

Testing batteries at their limits is dangerous and should never be attempted by anyone who has not thoroughly studied the dangers involved, understands the risks, has the proper equipment, and takes all appropriate safety precautions.

If the battery has only one current rating number, or if it only says "max", then I have to assume the battery is rated at that current level for any type of discharge, including continuous.




Test Results
Lishen is one of the large, established cell manufacturers in China (天津力神电池股份有限公司). This is a decent performing cell, about equal in performance to the Lishen LR2170SA at 5A and 10A. If staying above about 3.2V at 10A this cell is close to the Samsung 50E3 (not 50E!) but at 5A the Molicel M50A beats it by a little. They’re all fairly close though at 5A-10A and you probably won’t see much of a performance difference between them.

The cycle life rating in the datasheet is good but I have not tested it. In addition to the top vent this cell has a bottom vent which, in my opinion, should not be blocked or pressed against hard.

The two cells I tested delivered 4500mAh and 4539mAh. This is a little bit worse than the typical consistency I’ve seen for cells from one of the larger China cell manufacturers.

Today I have an RTA that I always wanted to tey for review, the Pioneer RTA, designed by BP mods and manufactured by Dovpo.

Review:

It is a premium looking RTA for a little above average price, it just looks very high-end and, in my opinion, gorgeous. On the face of the tank there is pretty much no branding apart from 'Designed by' and the BP mods logo carved onto the top cap.

Really like the cut-in look of the top-cap, but it is also a dirt collector. Only way to properly clean out the dirt of the top-cap is with the use of a toothbrush. It's a 22mm tank, so there is plenty of smaller mods you can fit this one on.




Overall machining feels very well, and I have had no issues with threading or O-rings popping out on me. Threading feels smooth and not 'sandy'.




You get 3 different plastic tubes, no glass, which all have the same capacity. Also, you get three drip-tips of which one does not match with any of the tubes, it has the same color as the insulator, like a matt-cream color. Nice that you get these tubes and drip-tips to change the look of your tank. Not an issue for me they are not made from glass.




On the bottom you will have a gold-plated 510 pin that you can unscrew and replace with any of the other two provides pins. These pins have different diameter air-inlets on the top, 0.8mm, 1.4mm and 2.0mm. It is really nice that you are ale to fine tune the airflow in such an easy manner, no need to take the tank apart, but just unscrew the pin and replace it, even with a full tank. You must be careful when unscrewing the pin as the peak-insulator is small and might get lost. Good new is that you get an additional one in case you lose the first one.

Airflow ring is thin and when on top of a mod very hard to turn, I always need to get the tank of my mod to fine-tune the airflow. It has 6 tiny hole openings or an entire sleeve opening. In combination with the pins, you are able to get either a VERY tight or loose draw. This RTA is heaven for this that like a tight draw, I am one of them, love it. The airflow sounds very smooth and is on the quiet side.



Unscrewing the deck can be a bit nerve-wrecking sometimes, there is nothing to really grip onto. Often, I end up unscrewing the top-cap instead. It has a very simple deck. Two posts and that's it. One thing on this RTA though is that you need to bend the end of the coil legs into an L-shape to get the ends through the post-holes. This is because of the oval-shaped wall opposite of the posts. This wall however has a very important function, it limits the air-capacity in the chamber which results in a better throat hit and more importantly flavor.





Snapping the coil leads is easy because of the posts being flat at the back. Wicking is also not a big deal on this RTA as the wick ports are quite large, especially for a 2.5-3mm coil. Not much combing out required on this one and the deck threading is the perfect indicator on where to cut your cotton.



It vapes amazingly well, I can say this is the best MTL RTA I have in my collection. Mainly because the flavor and airflow are just outstanding. I have been using this RTA for well over a month and I still use it as my main MTL-gear.

One quite cool thing about this RTA is that on separate purchase you can very much customize this RTA. You can buy different design airflow rings, top-caps, tubes and even decks. There is a special RDL kit on the market that contains a longer tube and different deck. Unfortunately, I dis not receive any of the customization tools, but it is very cool that it is a possibility.

Conclusion:

For me this is the best MTL RTA that I own. It vapes very well, and the airflow system is just banging, can get really tight on this one. This is the type of RTA I have been looking for, the perfect combination of flavor and airflow.

Downside for me is that the set does not include the RDL parts, they need to be bought separately. But being able to buy tons of parts additionally to tune your vape is quite a cool thing. Also the bottom part makes it hard sometimes to unscrew the deck from the tank, would have been nice to have some knurling to hold on to.

In the past I have had the honor and pleasure of previewing the original versions of VooPoo's Drag X & S in a single review, so I feel once again lucky to be able to offer you my personal opinions on this new update of these Mod / Pods that have been so successful.



The use of a new tank with replaceable Drip-tip and with the comfortable refill from the top for the timeless and performing PnP coils in place of the previous and somewhat dated classic circular tank is the real novelty introduced by VooPoo and directly follows the setting of the Pod / Tank TPP recently used for the Drag S & Drag X PRO older sisters (both present in the family image below).



As I have already anticipated, the style with renewed decorations marries a tried and tested form factor derived from the previous series of Drag pod Mods, the arched design is perfect to perfectly adapt to the curvature of the fingers and has therefore been re-proposed "winning team does not. change ".

I had a thallo s that I bought so that I can use the RPM RBA with it I bought the extra pods too. Unfortunately it got wet it no longer works. And since I got it originally for $15 I'm not too keen on the idea of spending $40 with shipping etc in order to get another one. But I really like this RBA. I wicked it 2 months ago and it's still clean.

My question is does anyone have a comprehensive list of all of the products that this RBA will work with. I know ostensibly it should work in anything that uses the RPM coils and has the pod for it but I know sometimes the RBAs do not have the same compatibility. My local vape store has a Nord 4 for very cheap and I can literally just go pick it up and not pay shipping and I'm wondering if it's compatible. It's not cheap enough that I'm willing to pick it up just to find out. I also have a request in in the classified sections in case anyone has a thallo s they don't use. But you know that's luck-based

I received the Medusa & SS version of the Vativ Super Mod Kit for this test and I must say that I was favorably impressed by its gritty and flashy style. The shell is made entirely of metal, the "reptile skin" decorations may seem exaggerated, but to the touch and sight they are really pleasant and of quality. The design of Vativ is flat at the front with an oval profile towards the rear. The Display is a good size with bright fonts and various selectable background colors. The three selection buttons are circular in shape, protruding and easy to operate. Conveniently located and in the lower part of the front area there is the USB type-C socket.

The cover of battery with its eye-catching decoration is entirely made of metal, the cover is well integrated into the Vativ Super Mod line with a precise and quality coupling to the frame. The magnetism is strong and the fit is perfect, the polarities are clearly marked inside the compartment / battery. The 18650 cell (not included) inserts and replaces with ease thanks to the wide and soft excursion of the top pin (-). Both positive (+) and negative (-) pins are gold plated for better conductivity.
