Just realized like 5 minutes ago that i signed up at ECF on the 8th of march of 2020.
So yeah that is like 2 years and change that i have been here,oh wow...time sure goes by fast.

Just want to thank everyone for being by my side on this vaping adventure of mine,well actually more than that...
You folks have been by my side and given me strength and courage to get thru some very dark moments so for that you all have my eternal gratitude.

I am trying to get my son-in-law off of his bad 1 1/2 pack per day Marlboro cigarette smoking habit.

I let him use my Kayfun Lite+ V2 atomizer with a single 1.3 ohm coil powered by 10.5 watts. The DIY juice in the tank was 15mg nic ... This combo was certainly a 'tootle-puffer' type of low power mouth to lung style vape.

Well, that didn't work for him at all. He just started coughing badly when mouth to lung inhaling the vape. He tried using this for a couple of days, but just couldn't continue because of the coughing ... How he can chain smoke those Marlboro Reds, but coughs his brains out on vape juice is beyond me !

Anyway, for my question ... Instead of buying those Nic Salt pods that they now sell everywhere, could I just buy maybe some 25mg Nic Salt juice and use that in my Kayfun for him to try? ... again, the Kayfun is using a 1.3 ohm coil and powered by a low 10.5 watts.

I heard that Nic Salt juice don't have a very strong 'throat hit, so maybe he would not cough vaping it.

BTW ... He said he would be willing to give up cigarettes if vaping didn't make him cough so much.

Hi. I'm a pretty new vaper. Got a new flavor yesterday (black currant watermelon) that tastes so good I vaped myself into vapers tongue.

Weird part is now every flavor I have taste like menthol. None of my juices are iced or menthol.

This might be a known and already answered questions, however I couldn't find an answer for what I'm searching for. Also, tried some searches on the ECF's too but stumbled mostly only on periods where coils lasts here and there.

As I have read that the flavor on own built coils may run up to weeks or even month, some even for 3 month and more, but how does it actually work ?

I'm curious how the coils effect the flavor on the longer run. Even though we cleaned them and changed the wicks.

Or does the wire built coils degrade themselves while vaping like metal being dissolved which then changed it formula or something ? Or is it just a myth and maybe getting vaping tongue which then concludes the coils doesn't produce flavor production ?

Would anyone happen to know if the

I am trying to recreate a Rawr flavor that was pear green tea. I am ordering through EC Blend which I can order my own flavor mixture. I remember it was a refreshing flavor--not very sweet with a light pear flavor. I'm trying to figure out the percentage of each--I'm thinking 50/50 would not be it.

Any suggestions? Also, would anyone know if I am supposed to add sweetener or are the individual flavors already sweetened?

I was using Goodejuice brand Ice cold menthol 6mg exclusively for the last 10 years, and unfortunately they have gone out of biz recently.

Anyone know a good alternate for this flavor that tastes almost the same? Or a DIY recipe that would be close? Most other ice menthols ive over the years tried taste disgusting to me. Either too chemically, or way too minty.

I have enough goodejuice bottles just to last another 2 years or so but want get moving on a replacement.

This time, politicians want to give the FDA jurisdiction to regulate synthetic (non-tobacco derived) nicotine the same way as regular nicotine. You may think this is not a big deal, but they will give manufacturers just 90 days to submit a PMTA. Those of you who have kept informed of the PMTA process will know that the FDA requires 6 months of scientific data in order to even consider it, so it is simply another attempt at a de facto ban on life-saving products.

So on the 3mg builders and use 12mg MTL. Tried one disposable 50 mg and it went downhill from their. So I got of 3 months ago. 2 weeks ago i tried that stuff again and needless to say i'm craving the 50s but really know i should stay away. I got of after 6 months so i will be able to get of after 2 weeks.

Its the most addictive thing I've ever experienced

So I've been vaping the better part of 8 years and started building right away, I always used very simple single wrapped coils with 6 wraps and a 3 or 3.5 mm diameter. i switched to doubles but the wicks cotton normally would be too thick for the wells- I use a Zues x at the moment. so my question --- I used to comb out the wick to make it thinner and it worked fine until now - I just cut the edge of the wicks where they insert into the well and i've never had such a great vaping taste

Just to also mention i use top quality coils and wick, I try to do as much as i can to have a good experience

What do you guys do with your wicks ?
