VooPoo Vinci 2 Review by Florin Nedelcu

The original VooPoo Vinci pretty much kickstarted the pod mod revolution in the vaping world, so the Chinese manufacturer was bound to release an updated version at some point in time. Well, the Vinci 2 is finally here and I got the chance to try it out for a couple of weeks. Here’s what I think of it:

Vinci 2 Specifications

  • Dimensions: 110 mm x 27 mm x 28 mm
  • Material: zinc alloy, PC+ABS
  • Battery: 1,500mAh (non-removable)
  • Power: 5W – 50W
  • E-liquid capacity: 6.5 ml
  • Resistance range: 0.15Ω – 3.0Ω
Vinci 2 Packaging and Presentation

The new VooPoo Vinci 2 comes in a very compact rectangular cardboard box, which is indicative of the device inside. On the front of the box we have a picture of the pod mod with a large “2” in the background, and on the back we have a list of contents, the usual warnings, manufacturer information, and an authenticity scratch-and-check seal.

1.jpg

Inside the box we have all the included accessories neatly packaged in a smaller box, and the Vinci pod mod at the bottom, in a plastic holder. This kit comes with two different PnP coil-heads, a USB Type-C charging cable, and a user manual. It’s pretty much the standard offering for this type of vaping device, nothing more, nothing less.

Vinci 2 Design and Build Quality

As the pod mod that started it all, the VooPoo Vinci had an iconic design, and it’s no surprise that the Chinese company opted to stick with it for the second iteration as well. It makes sense, considering that, while not the most eye-catching, the Vinci design has become very recognizable within the vaping community. So, yes, the Vinci 2 looks very similar to the original.
2.jpg

The few visible differences between the Vinci 2 and its older sibling include a minor size difference in favor of the newer device, which is both slightly longer and thicker than its predecessor, the positioning of the charging port, which is on one of the sides this time around, instead of the bottom, the layout of the display and of the power adjustment buttons, and the presence of a real airflow adjustment knob on the Vinci 2.

Despite the slight increase in size, the new Vinci 2 remains a very compact pod mod, and the beveled edges and corners make it very comfortable in the hand. It does have some weight to it, for its size, which makes it feel like a high quality device, but the brushed paint finish, while nice to look at when clean, is still a fingerprint magnet.
3.jpg

Starting at the top, we have the same type of refillable cartridge as on the first VooPoo Vinci, with the same flattened mouthpiece and rectangular plastic tank. It’s held in place by four pairs of magnets, and features a side fill-port sealed with a branded rubber plug. Coil-heads are inserted through the bottom, just as before. However, there is one important difference, the newer pods hold up to 6.5ml of e-juice, compared to just 5.5ml.

Just like the original Vinci, the new Vinci 2 features a glossy front panel, with a round fire button, a – and + power adjustment toggle near the bottom, and a generous color display in between. It comes with a plastic cover, and I suggest you keep it on for as long as possible, as the glossy plastic scratches very easily.
4.jpg

Opposite the control panel is a decorative side which comes in several versions. The one I received for this review has a nice carbon fiber design and texture, but there are currently five different panels to choose from, with more on the way in the future, probably. On the bottom, we have a nice rubber ring that offers extra grip when placing the pod mod upright, and prevents accidental scratching.

Finally, the most important feature of the Vinci 2 – in my opinion – is the airflow control system. The original VooPoo Vinci and Vinci X had a rudimentary airflow control, which, while functional, didn’t allow much customization. Things are much better this time around, as the Vinci 2 features a proper airflow control knob. All you have to do is slide this knob left to right to open and close the airflow, making it very easy to adjust the airiness of the draw.

5.jpg

Vinci 2 Menu System and Navigation

The original Vinci was revolutionary because it combined the convenience of a pod system with the advanced features of a proper vape mod. The Vinci 2 does the same, only it doesn’t really add anything new. It has the same Smart Mode that reads the resistance of the coil-head and automatically adjusts the power to a reasonable level, while also limiting the power output to the maximum supported level of the coil-head, but also an RBA Mode that removes all the limitations.

One of the features I loved most on the VooPoo Vinci was the automatic and manual activation options, plus the option to use them both at the same time. Well, more like having them both available at the same time. That means being able to activate the device either by drawing on the mouthpiece, or pressing the fire button. You can cycle through these three types of activation by pressing the fire button three times in rapid succession.
6.jpg

To choose between Smart Mode and RBA mode, you have to keep both the + and – buttons pressed for a couple of seconds. in this menu, you can also pick one of the two display interfaces, one with a vertical and and another with a horizontal orientation. Pressing the fire button and the – button clears the puff counter, and pressing the fire button and the + button locks and unlocks the power adjustment buttons.

Although the interface looks like that of more recent VooPoo vaping devices, like the Drag Max or the new VooPoo Drag 3, the available options are pretty much the same as those on the original Vinci pod mod.
7.jpg

Vinci 2 Battery Life and Performance

Usually, second generations of popular vaping devices feature improved battery capacity, but that’s surprisingly not the case with the VooPoo Vinci 2. It has the same 1,500mAh capacity as the original Vinci, which is decent, I guess, but not at all impressive. If you plan on using the pod mod at its maximum output of 50W, you’ll find that the battery will be depleted very fast.

Luckily, there are some improvements, such as the upgrade to USB Type-C fast charging, which allows you to fully recharge the battery in just over an hour. Plus, you can use the pod mod in passthrough mode, thanks to the built-in vape-while-charging technology.
8.jpg

When it comes to actual vaping performance, the Vinci 2 wouldn’t be much different from the original Vinci, if not for the new airflow control system. Seeing as the two devices are so similar, and that they use the same PnP coil-heads made popular by VooPoo, the airiness of the draw is pretty much the only thing setting them apart. But this one element makes a huge difference, as the new airflow system offers so much more customization.

The Vinci 2 kit comes with the PnP-VM1 mesh coil-head (0.3Ω) and the PnP TM1 (0.8Ω), with the first being more suitable for direct-lung vaping, and the latter for mouth to lung (MTL). With the proper airflow adjustment system, you can actually close down the airflow to do a proper mouth-to-lung draw, which is a huge improvement over the original.
9.jpg

Another thing worth mentioning is that the VooPoo Vinci 2 is compatible with all PnP coil-heads available on the market, as well as an RBA. When the original Vinci came out, there weren’t nearly as many coil-head options to choose from, but the PnP line has come a long way since, and there are now a plethora of coil-heads to choose from.

Conclusion

As far as I’m concerned, the VooPoo Vinci pod mod is a worthy successor to the super-popular Vinci. It has all the features that made the original great, including Smart Mode, multiple battery activation options, works with the tried and true PnP coil-heads, and also improves on it in various aspects, such as airflow control and e-liquid capacity. It’s definitely one of the best pod mods on the market, that’s for sure.
10.jpg

That said, I think VooPoo could have taken a bit more chances, as it has with other vaping devices; as it stands, if you already own the original Vinci, or the Vinci Air, there is little incentive to spend more money on the Vinci 2. Sure, it has that improved airflow control, which is indeed a big improvement, the USB Type-C port, but that’s about it.

Where Is My Order

Hi there! I've ordered from this company before and had great shipping time. This time I forgot my password and ordered as a guest and it deferred to my work email address which I was not too happy about. Anyways, I received a notification that my shipment was on its way days ago after quite a few days of waiting and it's still not here. There's no phone number to contact them and I wanted to talk to somebody about this order. I emailed them but I don't know which email address they're going to contact me from since in my recent email I gave them the new one. I don't understand why the shipping is taking this long.

INNOKIN COOLFIRE Z80 ZENITH II review by hittman

I’m very excited to present today’s review. It’s a new product from Innokin that uses the same Fourier technology that was used in the Sensis. I was sent the Innokin Coolfire Z80 kit with the brand new Zenith 2 tank. If you’ve been around for a while then you’ve probably either heard of or used the Innokin Zenith tank. I personally have several as well as a good stockpile of assorted resistance Z coils that the Zenith, Zlide, and Zenith Pro tanks use. Well, guess what? The Zenith 2 also uses the Z coils. Kudos to Innokin for sticking with a tried and true series of coils that many have become fond of. This one might be a little long winded so put on your patience hat and your reading glasses and let’s take a look at this cool new device.

Innokin-Coolfire-Z80-Kit20210524-7.jpg

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

The packaging before even opening the kit reminded me of the packaging from the Sensis. Innokin is sticking to their guns continuing to package in 100% recyclable materials. I think the packaging is attractive as well as good for the environment. The top flipped open to expose the new Coolfire Z80 with the new Zenith 2 tank as well as a spare glass. The accessories are found underneath that.

The sample that I received for the review is the leather black edition. From the description in their advertisement, it’s pretty obvious that it’s not real leather but it does have a nice texture and feel to it. Time will tell if it holds up as well as leather. On the front of the mod at the top is a round fire button with a gold trim around it that I think looks really nice. Below that is the display screen and under that are the + and – buttons. On the right side is the Innokin name stamped into the frame which I believe is made of zinc alloy. On the left side are the words Coolfire Z80 stamped into the frame and of course on the back is the leather like wrap. The bottom of mod has a screw in battery cap like I’ve seen on several other mods with a little lever that flips up to help with turning the cap. I had no issue screwing the cap when inserting a battery. The threads were very smooth. There are also four vent holes in the cap in case a battery should vent. On top of course is the 510 connection with a gold plated spring loaded center pin.

The display screen shows the following information top to bottom:

- Mode of operation

- Battery indicator

- Set wattage

- Length of time of current puff

- Coil resistance

- Puff Counter

- Voltage of current puff

The menu operation is similar to the Sensis but is as follows:

- Press the fire button three times to turn on or off

- Press the fire button and – button to lock the wattage adjustment but mod will still fire

- Press the fire button and the + button to clear the puff counter

- Press the + and – buttons to access the menu

- Once in the menu, you can choose between F(0), Power, Refresh, Settings, and Exit

If you aren’t familiar with the Sensis or the F(0) function, what it does is let you set the operating frequency of the AC sine wave that is firing the coil. By adjusting the Frequency it can affect the flavor produced by the coil. The Sensis allowed a frequency control of up to hertz while the Z80 restricts you to 100hz. They recommend 51-100hz for MTL and 20-50hz for RDL.

Of course if you don’t want to use the F(0) mode there is power mode which allows you to choose between wattage and voltage. Next up is the Refresh function. This is about my favorite feature of the new technology. If you’re flavor production is starting to decline then the refresh function will send 40% of the set wattage to the coil with alternating current and draws more liquid into the coil.

Inside the Settings menu you can choose between a pro or minimal display, set your time out, set your cut off, view the device ID, or do a device reset. There are a lot of features packed into the Coolfire Z80 but you can use as few or as many as you would like so don't worry about all this information getting confusing.

Zenith 2 Tank:

FEATURES:

  • Superior 304 Stainless Steel Tank Construction
  • 51.7x26mm
  • Pyrex Glass Reinforcement
  • Threaded Glass Locking Ring
  • 5.5mL Tank Capacity
  • Twist Top Fill System - Reveals Fill Port
  • Spring Loaded Leak Prevention System - Clean Coil Changes
  • Innokin Z-Coil Series
  • Plug 'n' Play Coil Installation
  • Compatible with Entire Z-Coil Line
  • Compatible with Nicotine Salts and E-Juice
  • Threaded Coil Base
  • Single Slotted Adjustable Bottom Airflow Control Ring - MTL & Restricted DTL Options
  • 510 Resin Drip Tip
  • Threaded 510 Connection
  • Available Colours: Black, Stainless Steel

I very much like the new Zenith 2. It boasts a 5.5ml capacity. It also allows more airflow for RDL than the original but still allows for a fairly tight MTL if that is your preference. I received the matching black tank. I think it has a more streamlined look to it compared to the original. On one side is Zenith II and on the other side of the bottom ring is Innokin. I like that the airflow is slotted rather than the multiple little sized holes. I think that makes it a little easier to fine tune the airflow. On the bottom it has Platform Series and Designed by PBusardo and VapinGreek. The outer threads and the center pin appear to be gold plated for a better connection. On the top of the tank is a lock and unlock symbol indicating which direction to turn the top cap to fill the tank. Once turned there is a white self sealing gasket that you insert the tip of your bottle through to fill the tank. I was able to fill with no mess whatsoever. There isn’t a shoulder on the top of the tank where the 510 drip tip connects so it’s nice that they sit flush and just about any tip could be used besides the two that come with the kit. The Zenith 2 can use any of the Z coil series. The coils are inserted through the bottom once the bottom cap is removed just like the Zenith and Zlide tanks do. The glass tank is fairly well protected but it’s nice that a spare glass is included in case you break the original one.

I started out with the .8 ohm coil in the tank and found that I liked it at the top end for this coil with the airflow mostly open and the Coolfire set to 18 watts for a loose MTL. The flavor was very good in my opinion. I tried it in wattage mode and F(0) mode at 100hz. It almost seemed like the wattage mode was actually produced a warmer vapor. I continued to run the coil in the F(0) mode for several hundred puffs and used the refresh function once each day to keep it tasting fresh. The coil was still producing good flavor after over 400 puffs but I went ahead and switched to the included .3 ohm coil so I could continue to test the kit for the review. For me this is where the Zenith 2 shined for me. I already knew I liked the .3 ohm coils from using them in the Kroma Z. I liked the airflow mostly open with the frequency set at 50hz and the wattage at 22 watts with the peanut butter cookie recipe I was using in it.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

I very much liked testing the Coolfire Z80 kit and will most likely purchase at least one more in the future. That’s one way I can tell when I very much like a review sample. I will buy multiples if it’s something I really like and I really like this one.

The Coolfire Z80 kit in my opinion is everything that the Sensis could have been if the pod tank had used the Z coils instead of the Sceptre coils. I’ve wondered though why they restricted the frequency range in F(0) mode to 20-100 instead of having the full range like the Sensis did. I have asked the Innokin rep and will post later once I get an explanation.

Whether you like loose or tight MTL or RDL then the Coolfire Z80 can do that. I only tested the two coils that came with the kit for the review but do have 1.2 and 1.6 coils and will be testing those later on this device. Both of the coils included gave good flavor and vapor production in my opinion. I’m not sure if it’s just because of the tank but the .8 seemed even more flavorful than the .8 coils I’ve used in the past. However, the .8 hasn’t been one of my favorites in the past so it’s been a while since I used one. For me, the best set up is with the .3 ohm coil with airflow almost fully open running in the low 20’s range. I love a good RDL and the Coolfire with the new Zenith tank gave me that

Once again we have made it to the end of another review. I’m sure you already know the answer but I’m going to say it anyway. Would I recommend the Coolfire Z80 with Zenith 2 kit? Absolutely Yes! From the hand feel to the available features like F(0) and Refresh to the new Zenith 2 that can use all of the Z coils made, there’s really nothing that I don’t like about this kit.

A big thanks goes out to Innokin and Monica for sending the Coolfire Z80 with Zenith 2 tank kit for this review and a big thanks to my dedicated readers. At the time of writing this there wasn’t a link on the Innokin site to this kit but I’m sure it will be up soon. Anyway, here’s a link to the Innokin site.

UPDATE:

I contacted Monica at Innokin and was told that the frequency range was what they recommended but the sample that I got was a prototype and there could possibly be changes made on production models. Also, I just checked and the Z80 kit is up on the Innokin site as today was the official release so here’s a link to it.

SUORIN TRIDENT POD MOD review by hittman

Welcome back and thank you for joining me for the third of three reviews that I was asked to do for Suorin. Today I will be discussing the Suorin Trident pod mod kit. It does have some similarities to other devices of the same style out on the market but has a few features that are different also. From what I can tell it’s a pretty new device and I have yet to see it for sale on any of the sites that I regularly shop on but am sure it will be coming soon. The Trident uses an 18650 battery which I like very much in this type of device. There are some things I really like about the Trident and will share those below along with one or two things that I didn’t.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS:

After testing and reviewing two Suorin pods I was rather excited to break out the Trident and give it a try. The packaging is nice enough and once the top was removed it exposed the Trident with the pod on the device and two coils to one side. I tend to lean toward the middle to low wattage range so decided to start with the .4 ohm single coil once I cleaned the pod just in case. I liked the .4 ohm coil around 40 watts. Next I tried the .2 ohm Tri triple mesh coil. This one was my favorite out of the two. I started low at 45 watts and worked my way up to 55 watts. Anything past that was just a little too warm for me even though the recommended wattage for this coil is 65-75 watts. This seems to be a common occurrence for me with stock coils where I tend to run them lower than the recommended setting but do at least try them at the minimum recommended. Perhaps I will be able to run closer to the recommended once I have used the coil longer.

The Trident has a .96” TFT display that to me is bright enough and everything is easy enough to see. The front of the Trident has the Suorin name and logo at the top with the round fire button below that then the display screen and the + and – buttons near the bottom followed by the USB-C charging port on the bottom. I found the fire button to be comfortable to use and easy to find without looking since it does stick out a fair amount. On the right side of the zinc alloy frame are the words Suorin Trident with nothing on the left side and on the back is what looks like a carbon fiber wrap. Also on the back near the top of the Trident is something that stood out to me. It has this airflow control that is a little stiff then an opening and above that is another strip of frame. I thought this was a neat design. What it does is when the pod is installed you can look through the strip between the airflow control and the top of the frame to see the liquid level in the pod. I do however wish that the pod was not tinted so dark. It is a little difficult to see the liquid level without some kind of back light. On the bottom of the mod is the battery cap. It’s a different design than what I’m used to seeing. It protrudes rather than screwing in flush like others do. I like this and it makes changing the battery easier since you can get a better grip on the battery cap.

The operation of the Trident is as follows:

- Press the fire button five times to turn the device on or off

- Press the fire button three times to lock the adjustment buttons only

- Press the fire button and + button to clear the puff counter

- Press the fire button and – button to switch between Auto and RBA modes

- Press the + and – button to access the puff data screen where you can look at puff data for the past two weeks

The Trident uses what Suorin calls the ORI chipset which has a super-fast firing speed of .006 seconds. It provides a variable wattage output of 5-85 and boasts a Boost which allows higher output with a single battery.

The pod has a liquid capacity of 4.4ml which is enough to last me through a normal day of vaping. Like I mentioned earlier, I would have preferred if the pod was clear. It’s not so dark that you can’t see the liquid level but isn’t as easy to see as I would like. Besides the two included coils that are included there are a few others that are available as well as an rba. I did not receive the rba for the review so cannot comment on how easy or hard it is to build but others that I’ve tried that are coil style rbas are usually a little hard to build due to the size and many times don’t work as well as the stock coils.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

I enjoyed using the Trident for this review. Although both coils performed well, I thought the .2 ohm TRI triple coil gave better flavor and vapor production. The mod itself is comfortable to hold and the display is easily readable. I liked the feel and shape of the fire button that protrudes some so is easy to find without looking. The cage design of the mod and the airflow control is a neat feature and you don’t have to worry about the pod coming off accidentally but are still able to see a portion of the tank while it’s inserted in the mod. This is supposed to allow the user to see the liquid level but I feel like the pod should have been less tinted.

The battery cap on the bottom is an interesting design also and I thought it would make the mod less stable when standing upright but it really doesn’t.

The pod unfortunately is another bottom fill design like many others. I do wish it was a top fill. Also, it would have been nice if the pod had a replaceable drip tip rather than it being all one molded piece. That being said, I thought the tip was fairly comfortable to use and had no real issue with it. Just like other bottom fill pods with push in coils, when you change the coil if there is much liquid left in the pod it will dump out the tip. I always change coils in pods like this either over a sink or garbage can and plan on having to wash my hands afterwards. I noticed that the .2 coil in my kit says 55-75 watts while the picture of the coils shows the range to be 65-75 watts. I’m going with what’s on the coil.

I would like to thank Suorin and Mira for sending the Trident pod mod kit for this review and a big thanks as always to the people that choose to read my reviews. Below is a link to the Suorin website if you want to take a look.

Salt Nic 48 mg/ml

Hello!
I started vaping recently, i followed the suggestions of a local shop and used a salt nic 48 mg/ml with a Smok Novo + 0.8 ohm coil.
I have been vaping about 4 ml / day, about ~200 mg of nicotine per day!
(20 cigarettes are equivalent to 20 mg of nicotine)
I was feeling really anxious and depressed in the past few weeks and got scared until I realised my big mistake.
Are you guys vaping salt nic 48 mg/ml? Have you ever had the same side effects?

Thanks!

Vapefly Kriemhild II Sub Ohm Tank (Peace Edition) Review

Hi ECF members, In this review i take a look at the Kriemhild II Sub ohm Tank from Vapefly. The Vapefly Kriemhild II Sub Ohm Tank was supplied for the purpose of this review by Mindy from Vapefly!

Kriemhild Ⅱ

https://ecigone.co.uk/products/vapefly-k...0256580786

Introduction

Vapefly have become one of the most respected vape manufacturers and in my opinion deservedly so. In this review i look at their latest sub ohm tank, the updated version of the Kriemhild, the Kriemhild II!

The Kriemhild II has mainly cosmetic updates to the German 103 Teams original design and accommodates the new K-series FreeCore coil heads which see's the introduction of their new patented Duplex Mesh 0.2ohm coil head.

The Kriemhild II comes in Peace and War versions with the War version having a narrower glass and upper metallic sleeve, of course there is also a TPD version available!

Aesthetics

The War version has mentioned has a upper metal sleeve and narrow glass but the same 4ml capacity, there is also a TPD version which has a shorter chimney section and same narrow glass making the whole tank shorter. I received the Peace version in Gunmetal, the options are Stainless Steel, Black, Gunmetal, Gold or Blue, just to point out the Gunmetal is such a dark Gunmetal in anything less than perfect light it looks Black.

Although the new version of the Kriemhild doesn't this time around appear to be a collaboration with the German 103 Team it retains a Germanic look and keeps the same fancy font! The Kriemhild II is 25mm in diameter at the base and 51.2mm in height, up top we have a 810 Delrin tapered drip tip fitted to a castle design top-cap with a flat roof so no sharp edges like similar castle effect designs. We have Kriemhild printed in White in that fancy font on the front of the top-cap that attaches to the fill plate followed by the glass section.

Through the glass both the Stainless Silver chimney and coil chamber with wicking ports are clearly visible and the chamber extends out at the base to provide an 0-ringed shelf for the glass to secure too! The base section has dual large cyclops and vertical machined design all the way around. Turning the tank upside down reveals a protruding Gold plated 510 pin, branding and safety marks.

As expected from a Vapefly product the build quality is very good and i personally find the Germanic influenced design pleasing to the eye!

What You Receive?

I received the Kriemhild II (Peace version) with pre-installed straight 4ml glass, tapered 810 delrin drip tip and installed Duplex 0.2ohm mesh coil. Both the War and TPD version has a narrower glass but the War version also as an upper metal sleeve retaining the 4ml capacity while the 2ml TPD is just shorter, the spare glass for both these versions is identical to the pre-installed narrow glass!

As well as the usual paperwork i also received a 5ml bubble glass, really nice Resin 810 alternative drip tip, 510 drip tip adaptor, a K-series FreeCore 0.3ohm mesh coil head and a bag full of spare rubber seals and O-rings!

___________________________________________________________________

It's Various Parts!

Up top we have an 810 drip tip with the option of fitting a 510 adaptor, the top-cap has a bayonet fitting which once removed reveals the fill plate with self sealing membrane and a silicone seal to the inner section of the top-cap for a really good seal.

The base section unscrews counter clockwise revealing the Kriemhild II accommodates plug and play coil heads that fit into a chamber which host wicking ports. The chimney which extends from the chamber screws to the bottom of the fill plate and also extends at it's base to create a shelf for the glass to sit on. To remove the glass just unscrew the chamber/chimney section from the fill plate which also reveals the glass gets sealed both top and bottom with O-rings, before reassembling if you wish you have the option of fitting the included 5ml capacity bubble glass!

With 5ml bubble glass and included alternative drip tip!

___________________________________________________________________

The Coils and Fitting!

As mentioned the Kriemhild II accommodates the new K-series FreeCore mesh coil heads which just get press fitted into place then secure by fastening the base section into place.

Maybe to be harsh a con is the two provided coil heads are the only two available and i would much prefer more options, it does say an RBA is on it's way which is a pro but until it arrives i have to consider the tank without one as many times in the past a promised RBA has never arrived!

The main marketing for the Kriemhild II revolves around the patented Duplex 0.20hm mesh coil head which is pre-installed. Rather than having a mesh strip with a negative one end and positive the other it has two strips of mesh each half the length which share a central positive pin and each having an independent negative, essentially this means the mesh heats up twice as quickly and much more evenly improving vape quality and the improved ramp up is very noticeable!

As well as the K-1 Duplex 0.2ohm mesh coil head which is rated between 45w to 60w you also receive the K-2 0.3ohm mesh coil head which is rated between 40w to 55w!

___________________________________________________________________

Filling

The Kriemhild II has a top-cap with bayonet fitting (my favourite) so just a quarter turn and it's off! The fill plate has 2 large kidney fill ports with membrane seal, if you don't like the seal i don't see any reason why the tanks vacuum would be compromised if removed due to the seal to the inner side of the top-cap. I never tried to remove the membrane seal personally but as a spare is included then it obviously can be!

The Kreimhild II holds 4ml of liquid (Peace and War versions), 2ml (TPD version) or 5ml with the bubble glass fitted to the Peace version, once filled again it's just a slight turn to secure the top-cap!

___________________________________________________________________

The Airflow

The Kreimhild II is mainly designed for DL or a semi restrictive direct lung with it's two large cyclops with stoppers! However after testing the tank at different wattages and airflow settings being someone who prefers more restriction i found with a 510 drip tip fitted and airflow only a fifth open both coils set at 5w below their recommendation gave a decent RDL! Finally the airflow adjusts very smoothly with just the right tolerance!

___________________________________________________________________

My Experience and How It Vapes!

I must point out sub-ohm tanks with stock coils is not really my thing and only tend to test them if something stands out which was the case here with the patented Duplex coil head!

I wont ignore it despite thinking it might of been user error but the first time i filled the tank with either coil head i suffered quite bad leaking out of the airflow slots, i did make sure everything was re-tightened and then no more problem so either user error each time i fitted a coil or it does flood through the coil on first fill, with further fills and during use i had no leaking issues whatsoever!

Sub-ohm tanks tend to be quite loud and can be turbulent, the Kriemhild II certainly isn't quiet as the coil head sizzling can be clearly heard but it's by no means especially loud and definitely not turbulent giving a smooth vape however the airflow is set!

I can see possibly those into their sub-ohm tanks getting the wow factor trying the new Duplex coil head because the flavour is up there with the Freemax coils and the quicker ramp up is definitely evident. I also found the 0.3ohm coil head gave very decent flavour but overall just wish there was more coil options.

Both coils will comfortably go 10w above their recommendation if you like a hot vape and liking restriction i preferred both 5w under using the supplied 510 adaptor and 510 drip tip! The design is pleasing to the eye and it comes with a decent amount of extras including spare glass, alternative drip tip and the mentioned 510 adaptor!

The available coils do not require silly wattage so the Kriemhild II is a sub-ohm tank suitable for either a single or dual battery device which i suppose make it's 25mm diameter a subjective con as it will overhang smaller devices!

To sum up, out of all the sub-ohm tanks i have tested this is without doubt one of the better ones and is up there with the likes of the Freemax Fireluke and MPro series and Horizontech Falcon!

Airflow a fifth open and 510 drip tip fitted for a nice RDL vape!

Cannabis & Crony Capitalism: From Matt Gaetz to Trulieve | Project CBD

The origins of Trulieve, a billion-dollar cannabis business, trace back to a nexus of prominent Florida Republicans tied to disgraced Congressman Matt Gaetz, who is currently embroiled in a sex trafficking scandal, including accusations of paid sex with an underage girl. Trulieve has greatly benefited from favoritism in the initial licensing of medical cannabis companies in the Sunshine State based on legislation promoted by Gaetz.

Bench Test Results: Efest Green 25EF - 20A 2500mAh…about equal to the Samsung 25R

These tests below only note my personal ESTIMATED ratings for the batteries I tested at the time I tested them. Any battery that is not a genuine Samsung, Sony, Murata, LG, Panasonic, Molicel, or Sanyo can change at any time! This is one of the hazards of using “rewrapped” or batteries from other manufacturers so carefully research any battery you are considering using before purchasing.

Misusing or mishandling lithium-ion batteries can pose a SERIOUS RISK of property damage, personal injury, or even death. They are not supposed to be used outside of a fully protected battery pack and you use them at your own risk. Never exceed the battery’s true continuous current rating and keep the plastic wrap and top insulating ring in perfect condition.

Testing batteries at their limits is dangerous and should never be attempted by anyone who has not thoroughly studied the dangers involved, understands the risks, has the proper equipment, and takes all appropriate safety precautions.

If the battery has only one current rating number, or if it only says "max", then I have to assume the battery is rated at that current level for any type of discharge, including continuous.

Test Results
This cell is a good performer, about equal to the Samsung 25R8. Based on the model number on the other side of the wrap this appears to be the Sinowatt 25SP, a 20A 2500mAh cell. This Efest is also identical in appearance and performance to the Imren 25RS, which was given a bullsh*t rating of 25A by Imren.

The four cells I tested delivered 2677mAh to 2691mAh. This is good consistency and exceeds this cell’s 2500mAh rating.

Four cells were donated for testing by NoSmoke AS (Nettbutikk for e-sigaretter og tilbehør - NoSmoke.no). Thank you!
