Today I have the newest Innokin pod-mod for review, the Sensis. What makes this pod-mod unique is its new functions to which I will come back in this review.

Review:
It looks similar to the Drag X/S by Voopoo. It is very well made and the combination of materials used feel proper. Main frame is made out of some metal, probably zinc-alloy and the cusson feels like leather. I like the looks of this device, classy and not too busy with branding. On one bottom side it says Innokin and on the other Sensis. On the leather the Fourier (Technology developer behind the device) logo is visible. More a fan of the blue version than the brown version, but both look great.
It is packed with an impressive 3000mAh internal battery (same as Kroma Z), which gets me easily through a day of RDL vaping and two days of MTL vaping. It charges in about 100 minutes with the use of a USB-C cable.
Very nice that inside the kit you get a 510-adapter. It drops right into place and sits in there tightly. To take it out you will need to screw on a tank and pull as there is nothing to grab onto. It creates a large flat surface 510 connector that can take tanks up to 28mm without overhang. Not sure if such large tank is a match with this pod-mod as it only fired up to 40W.
Large black front panel, just like the Kroma R and Z, functions as the fire-button with an integrated screen. The panel on this one is much larger than on the Kroma and is a comfortable fire. No issues with the navigation buttons in the bottom, they react well, sit flush and do not rattle.
Screen is quite large and easily readable. Unfortunately, no brightness adjustment, but the stock brightness is enough for me. Just like all Innokin devices the device turns on/off with 3 clicks on the fire-button.
So what makes this pod-mod unique is its functions. Coil+, Refresh and 'F-mode' specifically. Out of the box the F-mode is locked and needs to be unlocked by a code. Innokin did this as part of a decoding game, kind of funny, but I just took the code from the internet after numerous attempts.
In Coil+ mode I clearly hear the 'afterburn' of 0.4s, so it works technically. There is a slight difference with regular wattage, the vape feels more saturated and flavor is slightly more balanced. If its about longevity of coils, hard to say. I would need to use it for several months to find out, but I trust Innokin that it does improve longevity.
In F mode there is a significant difference in the vape for both MTL and RDL. The vaper seems to be much more balanced, bit warmer and flavor is also better. Clearly hear buzzing when vaping MTL, with RDL it sounds the same as regular wattage. The frequency Hz setting is a bit unclear, but Innokin gives the ratings for MTL and RDL in the included leaflet. For MTL its max rated 100Hz also performs best, best flavor and smoothness. BUT, it all depends on the coil and flavor profile of your juice. For example, with fruity flavors I find going over 100Hz, around 200-300 best, for creamy/custard flavors I find it best at around 50Hz. Coil doesn’t burn when going over the rated Hz, but the sound it produces gets funkier the higher you go. This Hz control is very revolutionary as it adds another layer of control on your vape, and it really does make a difference. Even when using a tank with the adapter you can apply the Hz setting which is great.
And then there is Refresh. Very hard to say if it makes much difference on the cleanliness if the coil, but the concept does make sense. When selecting auto it fires for around 4 seconds at 40% of the set wattage. I use it from time to time and I can say that the cotton after a good 2 week use still looks clean and white.
Overall I can do nothing else but appreciate these functions, they put vaping into a new dimension.
Now another rather unique thing, the glass pod. I personally like it a lot, it feels much cleaner and the juice also stays clearer for longer, but that might have something more to do with the coils. Downside is that glass not being caged is vulnerable. Mine has not broken, but if you do break it, you only get one in the packaging. Innokin should have included two, or an additional plastic pod.
I find the idea of Innokin having the pod stick out almost fully a good one, as you can easily see the liquid level, but then it also requires very strong magnets, which in my opinion is not the case. It is not that the pod comes of on its own, but some pressure on the side of the pod will disconnect.
It has a bottom fill, the plug is easily openable, but I find the fill hole on the small side. With larger tips it can turn out as a messy fill sometimes, smaller tips recommended.
You can either use the two included 510 drip-tips on this pod or use any of yours. The ones included are nothing special, just simple but comfortable. Pity the MTL drip-tip is colored ultem, it does not fit the device nor pod really, gun metal would have been nicer as it fits the frame of the device.
3.1ml capacity for MTL is very acceptable, but with the RDL coil it is a bit on the small side, frequent refills.
Two type of coils are included, a MTL and RDL, actually the same ones as on the Sceptre (which I enjoy a lot). Coils are screwed into the included airflow base and then pushed in from the bottom of the pod. Good you get two bases as they are tiny and easy to lose.
So, let's talk airflow. It is adjustable with the lever on top-back of the device. Overall, it is a smooth sounding airflow, but I find the MTL (airflow fully closed) draw a slight bit too loose. It is getting very close to my preferred tight draw, but it's not as good as on the Kroma Z for example. I think the solution could be simple, just like on the Kroma Z include two type of coil bases, one for RDL and one for MTL. Now both included coil bases both have the same 4 openings. Would have been nice to have an MTL base with just a tiny hole for airflow allowing to be transferred to the coil so that people like me can get that preferred tight draw. I would not say the draw is way too loose, it is quite tight, just not tight enough for me.
I do enjoy these coils quite a bit, they flavor on both MTL and RDL is good and I find the overall smoothness of these coils really nice. No spitback or gurgling issues. Have been mostly using it with the MTL coil as lately that is my preferred way to vape, and as my only device in use I cannot complain. Have had a good 2.5k+ draws on the initial coil and it still vapes well. Still I have to admit that I prefer the Z-coils, even though they do not provide the same flavor as the Sceptre coils, the Z-coils are smoother and have a better longevity.
Conclusion:
A really nice revolutionary device that adds more dimension to vaping. It takes some time to get the right frequency setting, but after a while you get the drill. Overall quality of the device is proper and the vape is good as well. Major pro is that you receive an adapter in the kit, so basically you have a proper RDL/MTL mod.
Not much cons for this one, just wished the MTL draw could have been tighter, and for me they could have removed that ‘unlock game’ feature for the frequency function.
This is a nice starter-kit for people looking for an MTL/RDL device and are struggling to choose between a pod-mod or mod.
If its about improvements, I would suggest Innokin to bring out a 18650/21700 version, a tigher airflow ring for MTL and an additional pod in the kit. Would also be great to see a Z-Coil tank in the feature.

It is a noteworthy moment here-the starting point for the new production line has been laid-but the time-tested non-service households are likely to also add recruits - Horizon SAKERZ Tank.

Drag 3 kit contains drag 3 mod and tpp pod tank. This kit comes in nice package where you will receive two coils and usb cable which is nice.
Atomizer:
Diameter of this atomizer is 25mm on the base and about 27mm on the airflow ring. From the top side of the atomizer you can see drip tip, this drip tip is 810 drip tip but with orings so you can't use here standard 810 drip tips. Drip tip that comes on the atomizer is pretty much okay for using. Capacity of the atomizer is 5.5ml which is really good capacity in my opinion. You will receive this atomizer with two coils which is really good, one coil is dm2 coil and resistance of this coil is 0.2ohm, recommended power for this coil is 40-60w, the other coil is dm1 coil and resistance of the coil is 0.15ohm, recommended power for this coil is 60-80w.
On the bottom of the atomizer you can see the airflow control ring and you can pretty much easy adjust the airflow here. To replace the coil or to fill the tank you need to take off the base which you can do really easy because we have magnets here. When you take off the base you can see the plug and when you pull the plug you can see the fill hole, basically you can fill the tank really easy and without any problems.
Mod:
Drag 3 works with 2 18650 batteries and it works from 5-177w. Build quality of the mod is solid. I really like the design of this mod, looks really nice in my opinion and it is very comfortable for using. From the top side of the mod you can see the connecetion and we have gold plated pin here. Threads here are good. I really like the connection because it is slightly raised so mod will not be scratched from the top from atomizers. From the bottom of the mod you can see the battery door, I must say that I didn't have any problems here but it would be really good that battery cap is placed from the back of the mod. From the front side of the mod you can see the fire button, screen, buttons and usb port. This device has usb c which is great and this device supports balanced charging which is really good, it supports 2A charging. The fire button and plus and minus buttons are good and fire button is comfortable and very responsive. We have color screen here and it looks really nice.
To turn on the device you need to click 5 times on the fire button and you need to do the same to turn the device off. When you turn on the device on the screen you can see:

- W
- Working mode
- Puff
- V
- Ohm
- Time
When you hold plus and minus buttons you wil lock the device and you need to do the same to unlock it. When you hold minus button and fire button you will reset puffs. When you click 3 times on the fire button you can change the working mode between smart mode and regular vw mode. When you hold minus and plus buttons you can change the theme.
My thoughts:
Let me start with atomizer, capacity of the atomizer is 5.5ml which is really good capacity. You can fill the atomizer from the bottom, all you need to do is to pull the atomizer, pull the plug and fill it. You can also replace the coil pretty much easy. YOu can easily adjust the airflow here. Drip tip is comfortable for using but you can't use here standard 810 drip tips. Flavor with coils from the package is good.
I really like the design of this mod, it looks really nice in my opinion. On this device you can use atomizers up to 25mm without overhang. Connection is a bit raised which is good because you will not scratch the top of the mod with atomizers. Buttons are good, the fire button is really responsive and it is clicky, really like the fire button. Mod has balanced charging and supports 2A charging. Screen is also really nice, this is a color screen. Mod works really well, I like gene chip and I never had any problems with it, really good chip in my opinion. This mod is also really simple for using which is good. It would be really nice that they placed the battery door from behind instead, because that way they would make it basically perfect. I didn't have any problems with battery cap from the bottom for now which is good. Anyway, drag 3 is really good device in my opinion and I can suggest it.

I received this kit in really nice package and I received many things inside. In the package that you will be able to buy, with this device you will receive one pod, two coils and tool for coils. Build quality of the device is really good, really nothing to complain about, this device is ruberised and it is really comfortable for using. This device is waterproof, dustproof and shockproof which is really good.
Pod:
You will receive this pod with two drip tips which is great. Drip tips are really good for using. This pod is compatible with 510 drip tips which is really good. Under drip tip you can see the airflow control ring and you can adjust airflow here without any problems. Airflow comes in from the top and goes down and hits the coil. This pod has top fill system which I really like. On the top side of the pod you can see the plug and when you pull the plug you can see the fill hole. Pretty much nice top fill system. From the bottom of the pod you can replace the coil and you will receive the tool to do it easier. As I said with this pod you will receive two coils, but you can buy seperately many coils, you can buy 0.3ohm mesh coil, recommended power for this coil is 30-45w, 0.9ohm mesh coil, recommended power for this coil is 9-16w, 0.15ohm mesh coil, recommended power for this coils is 35-60w, 1.2ohm mesh coil, recommended power for this coil is 7-14w and 0.6ohm mesh coil, recommended power for this coil is 18-26w. Capacity of the pod is 4.5ml which is really good capacity in my opinion. For this device you can also buy rdta pod which is great. For this pod you have plastic and ss top cap. Plastic top cap is one piece with drip tip and ss top cap has replacable drip tip but it is not compatible with 510 drip tips.
Mod:
From the top side of the mod you can see slot for the pod and we have magnets here, pod stays really nice in the place. This device works up to 70w. The device has built in battery with 2000mah capacity. This device is really well built and it is waterproof, dustproof and shockproof which is really nice. This device is ruberised and it feels really nice in the hand.
On the front side of the device you can see the fire button, screen, plus and minus and usb port. This device has usb type c which is great and you will use it to charge the battery. Buttons here are nice and clicky, so far I didn't have any problems. The screen on this device looks nice and this is a color screen which is good.
You can turn on or turn off the device when you click 5 times on the fire button, when you turn it on on the screen you can see:

This device has smart mode, so when you use pod with sub ohm coils you will not be able to go over suggested wattage which is really good for begginers. With rdta base you will be able to use the device at max power.
When you hold the fire button and plus button you will lock power adjustment and you need to do the same to unlock it. When you hold the fire button and minus button you will reset puff counter. When you hold plus and minus buttons you can see version of software.
My thoughts:
So let me start with the package that is great because you will receive two drip tips and two coils. Drip tips from the package are good for using and one is for mtl vaping, other one is for dtl vaping. Pod has airflow adjsutment which is really nice and you can easily adjust the airflow. Pod stays in place really good and there is no problems here. Capacity of the pod is 4.5ml which is good capacity. Also you can buy different coils for this device. I tried different coils and I can say that coils are very good, really like each mesh coil, flavor is good. Mtl coil also works really good, you can close the airflow pretty much. Another good this is that you can buy rdta base for this device, with it you will receive coils and cotton. Building and wicking here is pretty simple and you will have no problems here. For this pod you have two different top caps which is nice but top cap is not compatible with other drip tips. On rdta pod airflow goes under the coil, you can see under the coil two airflow slots and you can expect here really nice restricted airflow. Rdta base works really well in my opinion and I use it. If you like small devices I could suggest you this one because you can buy rdta base, the device works good and it is really well made.
Cons:
- Someone will complain about built in battery, but consider that this is really small and compact device
- It would be nice that rdta top cap is compatible with 510 drip tips

I received this kit in really nice package and I received many things inside. In the package that you will be able to buy, with this device you will receive one pod, two coils and tool for coils. Build quality of the device is really good, really nothing to complain about, this device is ruberised and it is really comfortable for using. This device is waterproof, dustproof and shockproof which is really good.
Pod:
You will receive this pod with two drip tips which is great. Drip tips are really good for using. This pod is compatible with 510 drip tips which is really good. Under drip tip you can see the airflow control ring and you can adjust airflow here without any problems. Airflow comes in from the top and goes down and hits the coil. This pod has top fill system which I really like. On the top side of the pod you can see the plug and when you pull the plug you can see the fill hole. Pretty much nice top fill system. From the bottom of the pod you can replace the coil and you will receive the tool to do it easier. As I said with this pod you will receive two coils, but you can buy seperately many coils, you can buy 0.3ohm mesh coil, recommended power for this coil is 30-45w, 0.9ohm mesh coil, recommended power for this coil is 9-16w, 0.15ohm mesh coil, recommended power for this coils is 35-60w, 1.2ohm mesh coil, recommended power for this coil is 7-14w and 0.6ohm mesh coil, recommended power for this coil is 18-26w. Capacity of the pod is 4.5ml which is really good capacity in my opinion. For this device you can also buy rdta pod which is great. For this pod you have plastic and ss top cap. Plastic top cap is one piece with drip tip and ss top cap has replacable drip tip but it is not compatible with 510 drip tips.
Mod:
From the top side of the mod you can see slot for the pod and we have magnets here, pod stays really nice in the place. This device works up to 70w. The device has built in battery with 2000mah capacity. This device is really well built and it is waterproof, dustproof and shockproof which is really nice. This device is ruberised and it feels really nice in the hand.
On the front side of the device you can see the fire button, screen, plus and minus and usb port. This device has usb type c which is great and you will use it to charge the battery. Buttons here are nice and clicky, so far I didn't have any problems. The screen on this device looks nice and this is a color screen which is good.
You can turn on or turn off the device when you click 5 times on the fire button, when you turn it on on the screen you can see:

This device has smart mode, so when you use pod with sub ohm coils you will not be able to go over suggested wattage which is really good for begginers. With rdta base you will be able to use the device at max power.
When you hold the fire button and plus button you will lock power adjustment and you need to do the same to unlock it. When you hold the fire button and minus button you will reset puff counter. When you hold plus and minus buttons you can see version of software.
My thoughts:
So let me start with the package that is great because you will receive two drip tips and two coils. Drip tips from the package are good for using and one is for mtl vaping, other one is for dtl vaping. Pod has airflow adjsutment which is really nice and you can easily adjust the airflow. Pod stays in place really good and there is no problems here. Capacity of the pod is 4.5ml which is good capacity. Also you can buy different coils for this device. I tried different coils and I can say that coils are very good, really like each mesh coil, flavor is good. Mtl coil also works really good, you can close the airflow pretty much. Another good this is that you can buy rdta base for this device, with it you will receive coils and cotton. Building and wicking here is pretty simple and you will have no problems here. For this pod you have two different top caps which is nice but top cap is not compatible with other drip tips. On rdta pod airflow goes under the coil, you can see under the coil two airflow slots and you can expect here really nice restricted airflow. Rdta base works really well in my opinion and I use it. If you like small devices I could suggest you this one because you can buy rdta base, the device works good and it is really well made.
Cons:
- Someone will complain about built in battery, but consider that this is really small and compact device
- It would be nice that rdta top cap is compatible with 510 drip tips
