So I've seen some of the posts about Fasttech being overwhelmingly slow. Placed 2 seperate orders from 3F and was shocked to see that they both arrived at LAX and cleared customs in 2 days. Problem is that now they are stuck in Compton, CA and have not moved . One package there for five days and the other for only a day.

If I have 2 different coils, say 0.3ohm and 0.45ohm.

Both coils perform well at 30w, which is my most common vaping wattage.

- Will one coil consume more power than the other despite the watts setting being the same?
- Will one coil last longer than the other?

Obviously a lower resistance generally requires more power, but both fire quickly and smoothly at 30W and are not exceeding the limits stated by the manufacturer.

I understand that if a coil is used at a lower wattage than recommended it will clog up faster and may shorten its life span, but the lower resistance coil doesn't appear to struggle.

I looked around but didn’t find anything for this question. How do I store PG\Vg for the long term? I have been waiting to order it until I’m ready to mix up a liter of base but I was wondering if it goes bad sitting in room temperature for a year or two. I ordered few weeks ago and had a horrible experience. I ordered total of 5 juices and have received something totally different. Some random two coils and three juices that I have not ordered. Vaping.com is talking time to sort this out and I have ran out of my juices. This was a horrible experience and very disappointing as this was my first order from their store. Freemax twister 30w kit is one really nice kit that you can use for mtl and dtl vaping. You can buy this device in 6 colors. Build quality of the device is really good, there is nothing to complain about this device. Packaging is good, in the package you will receive fireluke 22mm atomizer, twister 30w, two coils and two drip tips which is great.










Fireluke 22 tank:

Fireluke 22 tank is 22mm in diameter and you can use this atomizer for mtl and for dtl vaping. On the atomizer you can see some details, on the top you can see some details, also you can see some engravings on the airflow control ring, you can see "Freemax" on the top cap and from the bottom of the atomizer you can see some standard informations.









This atomizer comes with 510 drip tip preinstalled and this drip tip is for mtl vaping, this drip tip is for people that want tall mtl drip tip, personally I like smaller drip tips. In the package you will receive dtl drip tip that is really comfortable for using in my opinion. If you don't like any drip tip from the packcage you can use any other 510 drip tip which is really good.









This is a top fill atomizer, under the top cap you can see mark where you need to push top cap in order top open it. In order to open it you first need to pull up a bit top cap which is great because that way top cap cant open randomly. When you push the top cap you can see the fill hole and here you can really easy fill the tank.









With this atomizer you will receive one regular glass tank and this one has 2ml capacity which is okay if you use this atomizer for mtl vaping. In the package you will receive one more 2ml tank or 3.5ml tank. With 3.5ml tank you will have really good capacity in my opinion for this atomizer and this is a bubble tank which I like.
This atomizer comes with 2 coils which is great, one will be preinstalled and the other one is in the package. So, you will receive 1.5ohm mesh coil preinstalled and this is coil for mtl vaping, in the package you will receive 0.5ohm mesh coil and this coil is for dtl vaping. On this device you can really easy replace the coils, all you need to do is to pull one out and to push the other one inside.


On the airflow control ring you can see some details so you can easy adjust the airflow and airflow adjustment here is really simple. On the airflow control ring you can see one slot and one hole for airflow adjustment. Under the ring you can see one slot and 3 smaller holes. So on this atomizer you can use only one airflow hole or you can use 3 holes and one slot. In my opinion airflow is good on this atomizer.











Freemax twister 30w:

On the device you can see some details, you can see two engravings "Twister 30w", from the bottom you can see one more "Twister 30w" and on the mod you can see "Freemax", from the top of the mod you can see standard informations. On the bot part of the mod you can see some details so you can adjust the wattage.










From the front side of the mod you can see the connection, threads here are good and I didn't have any problems here, we have here gold plated 510 spring loaded pin. On this mod you can use atomizers up to 22mm in diameter without overhang which is ok.

On one side of the device you can see usb port that you will use for battery charging. This device has built in battery with 1400mah capacity, it is okay capacity if you use it for mtl vaping.
On this deivce you can see the fire button, the fire button is clicky and it works really good. On the fire button you can see led battery indicator:

- Red











On this device you can use fire button to turn on and turn off the device by clicking 5 times on the fire button.


From the bottom of the device you can see the part where you can adjust the power, this device works from 7.5-30w. This part works really good and there is no problems with adjustment. By turning this part you will adjust wattage in 2.5w increments and we have really nice click here, great in my opinion.

My thoughts:

Freemax twister 30w is device that you can use for mtl and for dtl vaping. Build quality of the device is good and everything is as it should be. Package is okay because you will receive two coils and two drip tips.
This atomizer is compatible with 510 drip tips which is really good in my opinion. Drip tips from the package are okay, I would like that mtl drip tip is a bit shorter cuz I like short drip tips. Drip tip for dtl vaping is good, really good dtl drip tip in my opinion, one of the most comfortable drip tips that I tried. This is a top fill atomizer which is really good, I think that top fill system here is really good. For this device you have 2ml tank which is okay if you use this atomizer for mtl vaping. With bubble glass tank you have 3.5ml capacity which is great capacity. You can really easy replace the coils here. In the package you will receive two coils, one for mtl and one for dtl vaping. Coil for mtl vaping is mesh coil with 1.5ohm resistance, recommended power for this coil is 8-12w and coil for dtl vaping is also mesh coil, resistance is 0.5ohm and recommended power is 15-30w. You can really easy adjust the airflow here and you have good airflow options here. Atomizer works good for both mtl and dtl vaping. Mtl mesh coils works really well, and you can have tight draw which is good, flavor with this coil is really good. Dtl coil is also good, flavor is good and when you open airflow you can have restricted dtl draw which I like. In my opinion this is one very good atomizer.
On this mod you can use atomizers up to 22mm in diameter which is good if you want to use it with any of yours mtl atomizer. Mod has 1400mah built in battery which is okay with mtl atomizer in my opinion. Mod has usb port that you will use for battery charging, we don't have here usb c which is a con. On this device the fire button is really good, it is clicky and it works good. Wattage adjustment is good, you can really easy adjust the wattage on this device, you can adjust the wattage in 2.5w increments. In my opinion this device works really great, so far there is no any problems with this device. In my opinion you can consider this deevice especially if you want to use it with mtl atomizer, it is good and very simple for using.

I am back to vapiny 2 months now after years so I am noob cause many stuff changed.... Soooooo I get dry mouth from pg for sure...sooo I am vaping 60vg or 70vg and it's much better....the thing is that I vape 7.5nic and last week I get like a burned feeling in tongue and throat sometimes....I vape like 8ml-10ml per day tho cause I am Soo excited and enjoy vaping soooooooo much...could be cause of high nic? Has anyone experience that?
I was vaping 12mg nic but last 2weeks I went to 7.5 cause I was feeling dizzy xD

Design
The Twister 30W kit consists of the Fireluke 22 Tank and the Twister 30W variable wattage battery. Like the existing Twister mod the Twister 30W has the same twister style battery that can be adjusted from 7.5W up to 30W. The battery and tank are 22mm in diameter. The tank comes with an included 3.5ml bubble glass as well as a spare 2ml straight glass.


The LED indicator light is embedded in the power button, indicating the various battery levels. The wattage on the battery is adjusted in 2.5W increments which is perfect if you plan to use this with nicotine salts. The Twister 30W is a hybrid starter kit, meaning that it is capable of both direct lung and mouth to lung. The available MTL coils are perfect for using with nicotine salts.



The new Fireluke 22 tank is a redesign of the classive Fireluke sub ohm tank. Freemax have also gone with press fit coils. Swapping out your coil with a full tank has been made much easier with a mechanism that closes the wicking channels when the coil is removed. A really clever design feature!

Another improvement in the design of the Fireluke 22 is the child proof safety cape. The new design means you need to pull up and slide to open the tank for filling. This makes carrying around the Twister 30W kit in your pocket or bag less risky than previous tanks. The leak free design really works. The fireluke comes with a standard 510 drip tip as well as a narrower one for mouth to lung. Both are made from resin.


Function
The Twister 30W mod has a battery capacity of 1400mAh, which is more than enough to keep you vaping a day or two even at 30W. Twisting to adjust the wattage is very simple, and removes the need for a digital display. The Twister 20W is charged by micro usb, with a 1.5A fast charge current. A full charge time should take around 80 minutes.

The Freemax Twister 30W has a range of onboard features such as short circuit protection, low power protection. With the new Fireluke 22 the Twister Kit has the ability to switch easily from a direct lung to a mouth to lung tank by simply adjusting the airflow. The larger airflow hole allows for direct lung or you can turn the airflow adjustment ring down to one hole with various sizes to suit your needs.

The Twister 30W Kit is the perfect starter kit for new vapers thanks to its dual mouth to lung and direct lung capabilities. Without the need for an external battery the Twister mod is a good introduction to regulated variable wattage mods.



Flavour and Clouds
Freemax have always been known for their high quality coils that produce excellent long lasting flavour. The new Freemax Coitech 4.0 uses a SS904L mesh with the Tea Fibre Cotton Formula (95% Tea Fibre Cotton and 5% Organic Cotton). These coils can perform as well as traditional sub coils but, at a much lower wattage.


Included in with the kit is the 0.5Ω mesh coil for direct lung, and the 1Ω mesh coils for mouth to lung vaping with nicotine salts. There is also a 1.5Ω mouth to lung coil available. The flavour is truly amazing. Having recently used a similar hybrid tank from Vaporesso, I really prefer the level of flavour I’m getting from the Freemax coils.



The Freemax 4.0 Coil technology definitely delivers more than just superior flavours. Vapor production at 30W with the mesh coil, is very comparable to sub ohm tanks at a much higher wattage. If you’re new to vaping direct lung, these coils are going to give you a pretty good experience for first time clouds.



Pros

• Capable of mouth to lung and direct lung as well as being perfect for using with freebase juices as well as nicotine salts.
  
  
• The airflow adjustment is very simple but does both mouth to lung and direct lung well. It's restrictive enough for salts, but also more than ample for big clouds.
  
  
• I’m really surprised by the amount of clouds at 30W, these new coils are great!
  
  
• The battery capacity is great, I found it lasted several days between charges, much more than what you’ll get from most pod mods.
  
  
• It does have passthrough so you can use it while it charges, the charge time does take a little bit longer than some but the 1.5A fast charging helps.
  
  
• I really love the way the tank has been designed to allow you to replace the coils when the tank is full without making a huge mess.
  
  
• Press Fit coils make coil installation a lot easier and also makes the Fireluke 22 leak proof.
  

Cons

• The only negative I can think of is that USB Type-C is becoming standard so that would have been preferable to micro usb.
  

Bottom Line
This is a really great starter kit. It comes in a bunch of cool colours, black, silver, rainbow, green, gold, and blue. The fact that the Twister 30W kit can do both mouth to lung and direct lung is a big bonus and is what makes it such a versatile kit. The Fireluke 22 tank provides excellent flavour and multiple airflow options for people to experiment with what works best for them.

These features make the Freemax Twister 30W kit the perfect starter kit for someone just getting started with vaping. Being able to use nicotine salts in this kit is a big bonus, especially for a smoker that may need nicotine salts to help them quit. Having the ability to swap out the coil and adjust the airflow for use with freebase juice means you wont need to buy another tank or setup to try direct lung vaping later one. It's a great convenient size and even more experienced vapers would enjoy the new Fireluke 22 tank.

Freemax says they have been working 3 years to get their mesh technology applied to a pod system as such.

It is solely aimed for MTL and comes with two different MTL Mesh coils.

Thoughts and experience:

Packaging wise it would have been nice to see two pods so that both coils can be plugged in with different flavors at the same time.

First impression when I saw the pod is that it looks quite like the Smok Novo, but in my opinion the MAXPOD looks nicer. With its fully metallic body it feels solid. Paint job is done very well, and I like the minimal glittering surface which is fitting with the pod. The pod is not extremely tiny, but it is a smaller style pod. If there is anything about the design I would have liked to see, it would be slightly rounder edges and the USB port on the bottom of the pod.











Love the lanyard that is included. I have been using it all the time when I was out of home. Such a simple solution with the rubber band going around the pod, wish more companies would do that.



There are no buttons, fill, charge and vape that’s all you get from this device. LED-light is large and bright enough to show you the battery level you are at. Draw-activation is very responsive, no need to drag hard.

Battery keeps up surprisingly well for 550 mAh, I am getting almost a full day out of once charge using this as my only device. Charging also only takes about 45 minutes so its not long at all.

2ML pods fall right into place and make a strong magnetic connection with the base of the device. When moving the pod around with your fingers it wiggles a tiny bit, but while vaping you don’t feel it is wiggling. Comfortable mouthpiece it is.

Fill port on the side is large enough, but while filling you need to do it slowly. Sometimes an air bubble on the other side of the pod is not allowing liquid to flow to the other side, moving the pod a bit solves that issue. Pods are a bit dark and while inserted into the device, you can’t really define the amount of liquid, only way to properly check is to pull out the pod.

Overall 2ML is enough for the coils available. Replacing a coil is simple with its push and pull system, just simply pull out the coil from the bottom of the top and push another one in. Have also not experienced any leaking issues with these pods.

The two mesh coils (1.0 and 1.5ohm) are both mesh, and you can taste they are. The flavor is good and above average for such type of device. I find the 1.0ohm performing better because of the higher wattage level and the warmer vape. The 1.5ohm is also good, but it just simply does not give a good of a throat hit as the 1.0 ohm. General performance of these coils is proper, and after a week of use the cotton looks still clean, even after using different type of juices. As far as I remember these are the first true MTL coils produced by Freemax, and I have to say that they beat a lot of its competitors on MTL coils, good job.



Airflow could have been tighter for me, but it is not very loose or so. It is somewhere between tight and semi-loose. You can decrease the airflow by holding your finger on one of the airflow inlets on the side of the device, in this way you are able to get a quite tight draw.

Conclusion:

This is the kind of reliable small pod that I take everywhere when out of home. The portability is great with the provided lanyard. Being fully charged in 45 minutes helps feeling confident taking it out for a longer day.

The first Freemax MTL mesh coils are really good providing a very nice draw and flavor. Overall, I am very happy to see Freemax develop with more different types of kits, this Maxpod, the Autopod, the Maxus 100W and 200W. They are not just focusing on pods and pod-mods this year, which is quite rare these days.

Another Freemax product was sent to me for review, this time the Freemax MAXPOD, probably their most simplistic device released so far.



Freemax says they have been working 3 years to get their mesh technology applied to a pod system as such.

It is solely aimed for MTL and comes with two different MTL Mesh coils.

Thoughts and experience:

Packaging wise it would have been nice to see two pods so that both coils can be plugged in with different flavors at the same time.

First impression when I saw the pod is that it looks quite like the Smok Novo, but in my opinion the MAXPOD looks nicer. With its fully metallic body it feels solid. Paint job is done very well, and I like the minimal glittering surface which is fitting with the pod. The pod is not extremely tiny, but it is a smaller style pod. If there is anything about the design I would have liked to see, it would be slightly rounder edges and the USB port on the bottom of the pod.











Love the lanyard that is included. I have been using it all the time when I was out of home. Such a simple solution with the rubber band going around the pod, wish more companies would do that.



There are no buttons, fill, charge and vape that’s all you get from this device. LED-light is large and bright enough to show you the battery level you are at. Draw-activation is very responsive, no need to drag hard.

Battery keeps up surprisingly well for 550 mAh, I am getting almost a full day out of once charge using this as my only device. Charging also only takes about 45 minutes so its not long at all.

2ML pods fall right into place and make a strong magnetic connection with the base of the device. When moving the pod around with your fingers it wiggles a tiny bit, but while vaping you don’t feel it is wiggling. Comfortable mouthpiece it is.

Fill port on the side is large enough, but while filling you need to do it slowly. It is a nice feeling and looking ‘pen’ device. The body feels solid and the paint job is well done. The tank fits the device very well color wise and size wise. Overall it has quite some weight to it with weighing 130grams. It is taller than similar devices, but its also much thinner. For a size comparison I put it next to the Maxpod, Innokin Coolfire z50 and Aegist Boost plus.



One button and one bottom twister are the controls over this device. The button is very clicky (something Freemax devices seem to have) but sits very flush and does not rattle. The unique bottom twist mechanism to change wattage is working very well and its click-stopper at every 2.5w is very useful. Device wise not much to complain so far. The LED light on the button is bright and the battery indication colors are very useful.





Good thing about this kit is that the device can basically be used with any 22m tank without overhang. I love using the device with some 22mm MTL tanks I have. Of course, you won’t get exact wattage levels as on a mod, but I just really like the shape of a pen-style device.



Its 1400mAh keeps up very well, with the MTL coil at 12.5 watts I easily get more than 1,5 day out of one charge. With the DTL coil at 30W it holds up almost a full day. Charging time is proper, a full charge takes about 75-80 minutes. The battery indication seems to be not very accurate; it seems to hang on the red light for longer than green and blue.

Now to the flavor part, the Fireluke 22mm tank. Unfortunately, I received the TPD version so my tank only holds 2ml. Tank overall feels proper, just the threading on the base of the tank feels a bit ‘risky’ when turning, it feels a bit as if there is sand in between the threading.





Replacing a coil is easy by unscrewing the base and pushing the coil right into the tank from the bottom. A very nice feature is that the wicking ports are spring loaded, so whenever you take the coil out the juice flow is cut off, this allows for coil changing with a full tank.

Top-fill system is an interesting one with its child-proof system. First, I need to lift the top cap and then I can slide the tank open. The red dot indicator makes it easy to define where to open. Once opened a large enough fill port reveals, but the top-cap can be a bit in the way for larger bottles to properly get in there. There is a large air vent on the other side of the fill plug making filling much easier. One thing that is a bit annoying is that the top-cap twists, bit I guess that’s just me finding it annoying.



I am in love with the drip-tips that come with this kit. One, because they are super comfortable, and two, they just look amazing with its resin design. I can easily say that these drip-tips are my favorite 510 drip-tips I have owned so far. Drip-tips can be such a small and cheap detail, but then can totally change the vaping experience.



There are enough airflow options, and they also really focused on getting some nice MTL airflows on here. Either you can go wide open with its sleeve or use the single airflow hole to just unveil one hole. For MTL with just one hole uncovered to me it is a bit too loose, but the good news is that you can also just uncover half or even ¼ allowing for a nice and tight draw. With the airflow sleeve wide open you can get a nice restricted lung hit. The airflow sounds very smooth and the ring turns smoothly and has a stopper.



The two coils do what I expected them to do, they deliver great flavor. I did not even know mesh coils are able to have such low resistance as the MTL coil (1.5ohm). The MTL coil has a narrow shaft ending making the draw legit MTL. DTL coil works as a charm and flavor wise it is the best of both. At 30W you can really get amazing dense clouds with lots of flavor, but this coil also works very well from 20W and up. So Freemax did it again, they produced amazing coils that will last and perform just great, good job!



Conclusion:

There is really nothing to complain here apart from the slightly sandy threading, it is simply an amazing AIO kit. I would personally choose this above a pod kit with similar output and coils, simply because you have control over the wattage and airflow and have the possibility to screw on any other tank.

Freemax keeps up its reputation for making amazing coils, I never had a Freemax coil that disappointed so far. The additional features such as childproof fill system, juice flow control and two fantastic drip-tips just add the cherry on the cake.

Would highly recommend this kit for those that are looking for an AIO/pod kit that support both MTL and DTL. It is easy in use and delivers very well.
