I've decided its trustworthy and am running regulated now. No hints of a gurgle at all. I have two suggestions on your build:

1. Long enough coil to span the entire length of the airhole. That way your wick won't be dribbling any juice down the airhole.

2. Cut your wick tails all the way to the bottoms of the channels and shove the whole thing in :)

Typical top filling:
1. Close afc
2. Fill with needle bottle so air can escape also since it only has one hole for both filling and air displacement.
3. Screw on top cap and flip as you do that last half turn in a continuous motion
4. Open afc while inverted.
Didn't even think about closing AFC on a topfill. Used to my Subtank mini which I still love just not as much as this awesome thing! Still looking for advice on a good temp control build.

My advice for a good temp control build, don't use ni200.

I dunno if its necessary on this one, BUT I forgot once on my Aga t7 and accidentally opened it back up on my HC Plus and freaking flood city  So now I pretty much always do. My Eviva t, however, does fine leaving the afc open.

I haven't felt the need to rewick yet. This thing just keeps on pumping without inconsistencies so, I'll leave it. I am going to switch over to a dual 26ga though. 24 takes a bit to get going for my likes.
I EFFING LOVE THIS TANK!!! WOOOOOO!!!
What ohm are you at? I am using 24g at .4 ohms. It's funny bubbles are only coming from one hole but it's working good so not gonna mess with it. Do yours come from more that one?

I'm running .3 ohm Clapton coils. 26g core with 32g wrapped around it 5 wraps on a 3mm bit.
I get the (funny bubbles) lol from 2 holes but one of them really pumps them out and the other barely makes any. I dont get any dry hits and don't flood out tho

From checking out other wicking tips on the web I have found one that seams to help prevent flooding. Wick as usual, screw the chimney on with wick sticking out of the juice channels, stuff some wick in to the juice channel, and trim the wick so that maybe 1-2 mm is still sticking out of the juice channel opening. Do this rather than shoving all the wick in to the juice channel opening. I have a build like this I did last night, and not a drip has trickled down the airflow.

One more thing. The AFC ring isn't exactly air tight when closed, so when filling I hold my thumb and forefinger over the air flow holes and this creates an air tight seal.
