charging batteries

Is it possible to install an micro-USB to balance charging chip to allow for charging an internal 3S LiPo in something non-DNA (i.e. a SmartPWM device)? I've seen the 1A JBtek boards but I am assuming those are for single cell LiPo's. Thanks for the help!

I have had them on the charger for about an hour now and it said that one is still at 0 bars and the other is still at 1 bar. How long will it take to charge? I have heard it takes about 4 hours. Can I leave them to charge while I run to the store? or is that dangerous?
