Excellent guide!!!!!! The refill video was very helpful, although I also flooded my cart on the first try, and have had better luck by dripping much more slowly and rotating a bit after each drip. (using espresso juice, which is a bit thick, I think)

Just got my first baterry and put it on the charger for the 8 hours new charge. If the red light turns green before the 8 hrs, do I still leave it charging for the remaiinder of the 8 hrs? Or does it auto-stop charging when the light changes??

Steve had posted that new batteries should be charged for 8 hrs. This is the dilemma. Is it still charging when the light is green?

AFAIK once the battery is charged (the light turns green on the charger), there is no point in keeping it in the charger.
I think the 8 hours refers to some considerably older battery technology.

Yes, he was talking about old batteries. Thanks a lot, I just want to be careful and do it right. I suppose he should probably amend the old post as it shows up in google search for V4L new battery care. Green means done!! Thanks again!!
