Ok, so I'm old school, and I've been out of the loop for a while. Saw one of these in a photograph and fell in love with it--then googled it and wore my fingers down to nubs trying to find one. No luck.

I'd even settle for a clone. Ok, so I'm cheap, too.
Here's a post I wrote earlier. Has a link to a currently available achilles. It references an updated atty (expensive) coming maybe soon from the original modder, and sings the praises of the linked clone. Highly recommended!

.... I still have no info on the Achilles II except what it says on the site and facebook (shorter, adjustable air, some design change that prevents the wicks from coming out of the wells!).

Regarding what I'm calling the Achilles I, I have my two clones from Frog and Fog, which is now out of stock ("taking votes"). About a million links down in a google search, I found a purchase link for the achilles clones on something called Bonanza. Didn't recognize or trust so I didn't post it, and since it had paypal option I went for it. Sure enough they sent out the familiar achilles clone -- this one not in the silver aluminum jar but in a box with the manufacturer stamp "yeahsmo." So that must be who is making the achilles clones sold at frog in fog. here's the link:

With this my third Achilles, I set about disassembling both the new (for cleaning) and one of the ones I already had to master the pieces and parts. Amazingly simple design. I do keep losing the tiny washer for the center pin, but given the insulator and what they consistently provide for extras in the package I'm not worried. Now I have two achilles in operation, one ultra-cleaned and pampered in the bank as backup, and can calmly await what I hope will be a second batch of Achilles II from the original mod maker. I will gladly pony up 100 euro for the update to this atty. I've placed a ton of great and/or workable tootle RTAs in pretty deep storage -- Calix from byLeo, goblin mini with dual-coils sealed -- achilles just crushes them. Unbreakable, light, 2mil capacity, small, dead simple, bottom air/flavor, utterly leakproof.

Sorry about that incorrect, I might have bought the only one that that seller had. Keep your eye on this link, http://froginfog.com/ecig/rebuildable-atomizer/achilles though, this vendor supplied many of the achilles folks are using and talking up on the "tootle" threads, and has gone through a few cycles of in and out of stock. The link is to a clone and under $20, the original is over $100 along with the updated version, currently out of stok. google titanium mods ukraine for the original manufacturer

I've found the seller through his Facebook page & site ("currently not in stock"). Looks like a one-man-show, and--even cheap as I am--one of those cases where only the original may do, even at 115 Euros.

I'll be watching the Frog in Fog site anyway.

Not only a one man show, but in Ukraine. It's settled down a lot but still a bit dicey on the stability front.

Noted, but my needs are simple. If they can get an Achilles onto a jet, and that jet can leave Ukranian airspace with anybody shooting it down, I'll be satisfied.
