Ricks, I have no idea how you can do a direct lung hit on these. Do you also breath well under water?! LOL Just kidding ya mano.

Way too tight for a DTL for me. Restricted lung hit - kinda.
It's a restricted lung hit that is probably no good to most. Still not sure if I want to make it tighter yet. vaping it like I stole it for now.

Well Rick used to play the Tuba in his high school marching band so that may have something to do with it.:D

Going to have to mess with the air control. Haven't moved it yet.

Just to verify, you did remove the afc grub screw when cleaning? I saw another person post that they couldn't completely close the airflow with their kf4 from tobecco. I couldn't with mine at first, but once I removed the grub screw and did another cleaning, I could completely close off the airflow. Grossed me out a bit thinking about the gunk in there. Now I always do a complete tear down (deck included) when cleaning any atty.

Total tear down for cleaning. Mine will not totally block air with the screw all the way in.

Hmm, that's surprising. With all prior kayfun's it was possible to completely shutoff air flow. I'm a little curious if the same is true with an authentic. Not a big deal, cause who wants to completely close off the airflow? But it might indicate they aren't using the exact same sized grub screw in the clone.

Just ordered 2 stainless steel and 1 black from 3fvape. And I don't like using an all steel setup, but I ordered both the steel tanks just to have. I'll order some glass ones later on from fasttech.

Also, I've long since said bye to tube mods, but I wish there were more tube modes that could fit this. Looking for 18-19 mm diameter tube mods. Seems like there's the ego one and that's about it. Maybe the endura t18, but that can't be ordered on it's own, have to get the tank as well. And I don't like that the ego one isn't regulated and also no vw/vv control. The endura is regulated, but no vw/vv control.

Dicodes makes some small tube mods, but they never came over to US/canada and they are pricey.

Their 'tiny' model would be perfect, although in uses 16650's to achieve that size.

Too bad they were never cloned.

Any other tube mods that I'm not aware of that might be a good fit for kf m3? I don't want mechanical's though.

I just got my Focal versions today. They stink a little less than the FT version, have logos (a little off, but who cares about logos ), but have the same issue as the FT SKU4284500. The width of the tank sections is about 2/10 of a mm too small, meaning the steel tanks will not fit.
Until now, 3 out of 4 of the clones are for the bin... :nah:

Glad they made it Ricks!

I can lung hit KFL, slow and smooth, this thing is no issue for DTL for me, very close to the KF4 with 4S. Back when I smoked stinkies I never MTL either. For me the Mini 3 is as near perfect as can get when I don't feel like wide open of some of my other tanks.

I think I need to change my wicking. I have tested the FT mini for 24h now and whenever I approach empty, it will dry out completely and stop producing vapor (TC). That should be great BUT I said "approaching", not "empty". I can see still a few drops on the bottom of the tank. Compared to my erlprinz, which only stops producing vapor when everything is bone dry, my mini starts giving warning signs well before it's empty.

My wicking probably needs adjusting so it will suck the tank completely dry.

How about a Provari? They had a bunch of Blemished ones on sale for 29.99 which is a good deal. They have three different colors of the 2.5 still available.http://www.provape.com/specials-s

Decided I wanted to try something different, so I bought a Kayfun 3.1 clone today for $15. I've got a ton of different gear, but had always wanted to try a Kayfun. I wasn't sure I'd like it, but it's kinda nice with my Minivolt! I think it's an Hcigar. I didn't have any straight 28g, but I put a twisted 28 in it and it's not too bad. Think I'll like it better with straight 28 though. Guess I'll be picking up some at the store tomorrow. lol

Wanted to test the physical limits of the atomizer. Triple twisted 28g 3mm ID, pretty close to as much coil as will fit.

Atmizoo Guppy 16340, battery life not as bad as would think.
