Interesting. Kind of ugly but I have been looking for a water resistant mod to take out to the hot tub. Currently just using my least expensive mods and drying my hands when in use. Eventually one will go for a swim though. My wife has sacrificed 2 phones in 3 years...only a matter of time before the vape goes in.

I for one thinks that this looks BA. Potentially a candidate for an authentic dna 40 swap.

Found some references to prices for this ranging from $65-88. Found a wholesale price for about $45 on 10 units..Interesting to see how much thy really are and, of course, whether the TC actually works!

Here we go. Looks like it will start shipping on April 15th. If TC works, and that is a big if imho, and notwithstanding the aesthetics, its something of a bargain!

it does indeed have proper TC. Looks like it has a Kangxin/Waidea-style DNA40 clone chip. Its about £40 for gods sake. Amazing! I'll get one for sure!

ps. its not really waterproof but lets not let details spoil a nice idea!

Yeah, IPX4 is just splash resistant.

"IPX4 protects from splashing water from any direction for at least five minutes." That's good if you spill a cup of coffee on it, but not so good if it falls into the cup.

You need to get up to IPX7 before it'd be truly hot tub safe.

Seems a bit different after watching mike vapes review, or maybe I'm crazy.
