There are a number of reports of nic maintaining quality for 5 years or more in the freezer. In each case the nic was transferred into new storage bottles. So there is no indication an exposure or two or three over time will hurt.

Make that six years. Still the same as when I bought it in Fall 2009. Transferred from plastic to glass in open air. That was VG-nic, much thicker in the freezer than PG-nic, so less molecular motion for nicotine to react with O2 that is naturally in VG or PG. Its the O2 already present in the VG or PG that is much of the oxidation, and short of degassing, there is not much to be done with that. But just pouring and storing, negligible oxidation, you probably won't even notice.
