Thanks I did that. But my purchase was well over a $1. I looked at everything before I put the majority of my order in the cart because the price never show up again altho the box was checked for the item along with free shipping.
But I guess I waited too long for the discount code because it would not take it. When they said all day May 30, it must mean their time, not ours but I will get over it.

Ahh silica wicks. I had assumed cotton. With silica you pretty much wrap the coil around the wick.
With cotton you make the coil and then pull the cotton thru.
What will you be putting your coils/wicks in?

Try rayon for wicks..and rolling wire around a silica wick is just plain silly.
If you must use silica you make an end pointy with some wax
and thread it through your coil as if it was a needle.

If you must use silica you make an end pointy with some wax (or melt it with your torch)
and thread it through your coil as if it was a needle.

Good luck with that. Real Silica does not melt and can be cleaned by use of Flame.
Slightly moist and twist is about as good as it gets. Dealt with it for to long and Now use Rayon instead.
Remaining silica is in the Vapocalypse box.

yup, you're right. was thinking with my .... there..but only 'cause
I had to do that to some bead chord for somebody last night.
But I have used wax on silica many times. Used to keep a candle handy just for that.

Get your nephew to "show you how". He may not be around when an emergency hits. Knowing how to is priceless, and if you have an experienced family member then you are very fortunate.

Thank you for all the help and the coupon code. It worked for me. Saved $15.00 bucks. BTW my nephew is such an awesome kid. He's like don't worry I can make box mods and wick and coil build for you. He works in a vape shop while he is finishing college, but he was trained by the Army to fix electronics and he loves this kind of stuff. He doesn't have the money to buy and store nic if the floor falls out so we are helping each other out. I just wish the owner he works for would wake the hell up.

Another check on my 3+ yr old Nic mix, not frozen or refrigerated. It had no smell, I added some cookie dough, white chocolate and cranberry and vaping now. So good ! One of my fav blends and I think I am close on amounts, equal WH cho and cookie dough, a little more of cranberry and drop of sweetener. I'm a Happy vaper

Aspire and fasttech do not play well together.
At first they (FT) didn't accept PP if the Aspire labeled coils weren't authentic.
Now they just don't accept PP for Aspire products 'cause Aspire asked them not to.
