It was either Mooch or Baditude that identified those 35A Efests as HE4s, which are excellent batteries. I'm sure they've treated you very well. You're also a smart cookie. I don't like, on an ethical level, a company that over-specs its products like that. There are some vapers who will pick up that "35A" battery and push it to 38 or 40A. Mislabeling and outright lying are simply variables I'd like to see disappear from vaping. The process is already far to difficult for the average smoker. Just my .

I have several of this vintage with button tops because I have two mechs that don't cooperate with flats. I build to around .3 which comes out to around 16 Amps so I feel OK.

Now, I never buy anything except HG2s for my regulated devices, Samsung 25R for most everything else.

With my MXJOs and Efests, I kinda figured they were putting pulse ratings, so I built to 1/2 the rating or lower.

Yep, good to have some "headroom" in your planning, as the actual performance ratings will decrease over time as the battery ages.

I got vapemail today and I think it's tootle-puffer gear. A shiny new Sat22 is sitting on my old iStick 30 with a whopping 1.1 Ohm build at a raging 16 watts.

I have the Authentic and a Clone and enjoy the flavor produced by both. Of course the Authentic is built better, but with the GG springomizer it seems to balance out the Clone.

I don't like a fast heat up. It gets too hot too fast. I'm good with 28g. Haven't tried 26. Might need to try that.

I want to get a clone from FT so I can order a Springomizer. I think that is a great idea for a build deck.

Good deal; I'm pretty sure that you'll enjoy the Vape. You'll find that the Deck that comes in the Clone isn't as nice nor simple as the Springomizer Deck. Much better made and simple as can be. Perfect fit also.
