I have two of these and they're great. The price is right too - $49 for a full kit and $29 for just the mod. Vapingzone has the 3 stage. The new ones are full VV in .1v increments and are made from a heavier plastic - available at SmokTek. Best to use nipple-top IMR batts.
I've had 2 BSBs (gave one away) that have taken considerable abuse without a single scratch or any damage. That's not to say they're unscratchable - anything painted is. But yeah, very durable finish. Very durable period:)
Couldn't agree more. I've had 3 BBs and all of them have the best mods I've owned. Note to self - stop giving them away!
Great with a 14500 and a Cisco LR atty!
The only way they could be any better is if they were slightly bigger/honed out a bit. They're sooo close to fitting a 17650.
Ordered a new BB late Friday night as a gift (actually early Saturday morning.) Shipped on Saturday and it came today!
Thanks for the super service Rob! :thumb:
And thanks to Chad for making such a great PV. Just slid in a 14500, screwed on an LR510 atty and huge plumes ensued! I already...
I've been using a BB since they first came out. They are far more reliable than the several 'mechanical' switch mods I've tried.
And no maintenance! :thumb:

No problem - mistakes happen. When I got mine I think they had been coming with the new button installed for about a week.
I need both the tiny wrench for the button and the bigger one for the bottom of the switch.
As always, thanks Drew. :thumb:
Actually my XShaler came with the new button. It hasn't been that long! ;)
But no allen wrenches to dis-assemble for cleaning. What sizes do I need?
How do I adjust the pressure and length of throw to activate it?
Loving my XS-Haler, but really wish I could shorten the throw of the switch and reduce the pressure needed.
Any tips or a link to a how-to?
Drew: I didn't get any allen wrenches for dis-assembly. Was I supposed to? If not, what sizes do I need?
Great charger. Very solidly built. :thumb:
I've had one for almost a year and it works and even looks like new. There are other chargers that will charge a bit faster, but with most any batt the faster you charge 'em the faster they die. 8-o
+1
The hot spring didn't seem to make any difference at 6v but with a 14500 and an LR atty the difference was huge. Felt like I had bought a new mod!
Haven't used 6v in ages :D
I haven't heard much about these, but then I haven't had time to visit the forum much lately.
How does everyone like the LR 901 atty? How do they compare for flavor and longevity to the LR 510s?
Drip tips are a tight fit on some attys but they do break in. You can also get a package of #60 o-rings at Lowes or Home Depot in the plumbing dept. for about a dollar that are smaller.
