XS-Haler Switch Adjustment

Loving my XS-Haler, but really wish I could shorten the throw of the switch and reduce the pressure needed.

Any tips or a link to a how-to?

Drew: I didn't get any allen wrenches for dis-assembly. Was I supposed to? If not, what sizes do I need?

Actually my XShaler came with the new button. It hasn't been that long!

But no allen wrenches to dis-assemble for cleaning. What sizes do I need?

How do I adjust the pressure and length of throw to activate it?

No problem - mistakes happen. When I got mine I think they had been coming with the new button installed for about a week.


I need both the tiny wrench for the button and the bigger one for the bottom of the switch.

Hey,
I dont have the bigger ones but its one of the common allen wrenches...I will send you a little one although you dont really need it to clean them...They are nice to have around ot tighten up the button if it should loosen up though...
When putting it back together if you dont take the button off...You can take the ring from inside a cartomizer and slip it under the button between the delrin ring and the button and just tap it in with the palm of your hand while the button is on top of a magazine or newspaper...
That ring also can be used as a button lock if your pocketing it often...
