    Tight Draw on device

    Hi, I'm using a top coil (top feeder device) and I notice that with the stick coils the draw is loose and smooth buy when I rebuild it using cotton the draw seems to be tighter (I have to take a hard drag/pull) How can I resolve this issue and what causes this? Tight wraps? Too much cotton?
