They should have an episode of "How Do They Do it" on Discovery for these! No kidding!

If that was the case then all those who appeared on this program are currently out of business [emoji848][emoji57]

no sir. so far it seems just right! very nicely done too, i might add. nice snug fit on the o-rings, feels good on the ol' kisser. i like the chamber size just the way it is. I'm finding that, with the slight increase in airflow and the diff shape of the cap (diff from tailpiping), I'm doing less slip-streaming, and that's creating a fuller vape and a bit more flavor. So, I'm not wanting to reduce chamber size; as it would be too warm (with the reduced slipstreaming, I mean). Also, airflow is a bit less turbulent, because the "DT" hole being larger, less rim to circle the air; so I think it's a bit smoother too.

These coils are older/used, and just happen to be located where I always build them (i.e. not built special for this cap); but you can see that you nailed the custom airhole height perfect-like . . . where I like the center of the air hole aligned with the bottom of the coil, and I wanted to try bringing the air down just a little more than that.

thank you, Steve!
