I went 50/50. I other words I mixed my 36mg store-bought salt juice with some of my regular 13mg unflavored and this seems to have far more than doubled coil life in the Breeze things. In fact, I have yet to have a coil go nasty on me. OK, I don't hit those devices a whole lot, but I've made it through several refills, and I couldn't make it through just one with the straight salt. It's also still a very smooth vape at a nominal 24.5 mg. You may wanna try some hybrid juice like that.
exactly, what if you are on job site, have an hour until break, and you don't have leftovers stored in that handy lip mounted storage unit

and everyone else!One problem with ordering pre-made nic-salt liquids or even nic-salt bases is that we're back to not really knowing what's in it. Most vendors won't state which acid(s) they're using to protonate their nic, or how much of them they're using.

yessir. excellent suggestion.
I think I will try a lower percentage of Benzoic on my next batch.
In the meantime, mixing some proportion of freebase into the 70+% salts (3:4 ratio salts) that I've already made up is on my short list.
I have been waiting to get enough experience with what I've tackled so far that I can properly observe differences and not mis-attribute them.
maybe I'll go and do summa that right now.

Umm . . . I've been realizing (this past year or so) that I basically never do anything for one main reason. In fact, it seems like it's always a melange of motivations that's actually hard for me to sort into a simple "because . . . . "
But I can list contributing factors!

Almost only had it anymore because status quo, and what if it looks stupid to shave it, and yada. (so, too safe).
Was getting progressively wonkier on me (like, "cowlicks" getting more pronounced . . . is the best way I can describe it . . and more annoying and less successful to control).
My exercise/workout sessions of the past (almost) year have been sincere and have yielded some pretty damn nice results.
. . .. so I feel like I have "nothing to hide" (and that sentiment seems to have migrated to my face!
)also, now I get to play with my face. goatee, maybe, little chin thing . . . IDK, maybe nothing . .. all fair game now.
and . . . they do grow back, ya'know!

i shave my head and my face with a straight razor, because it looks cool and i only have to shave my face 3 times a week. Yesterday was the 170th time and so i'm getting pretty handy with it.

oh this is so strange.
kaywellso I made up a trial mix (doctored some freebase into my own salt mix) that would be the equivalent of a 2:4 ratio of Benzoic to Nic. So, what was 75 parts Benzoic to 100 parts Freebase Nic is now roughly 50 parts. I made it at the strength I'm vaping the salts (mid-30s these days).
I find it to be rather unpleasant!
Not much different from when I tried the full freebase the other day. (same bottle of freebase from which I mixed the salts, btw)
It "tastes" harsh, bristly. The area above my eye sockets feels the tiniest bit like a dull ache (not painful, just . . . can feel it).
More than anything else, the inside of my mouth feels harshed out. Like I just rinsed with a mouthwash that turned out to be some harsh chemical.
Stomach . . . not upset, but not happy either. Quietly non-plussed, is the tummy.
Can't be psychosomatic. I think maybe what's going on here is where like your body gets inured to something, and then you get away from it for a while, and then when you re-introduce you really react and notice. (I started out vaping, and for a long time vaped MTL @ 34-36mg.)

So, anyway, I was intending to vape that mix until I got to where I'd normally want to clean or swap the coil; and/but then, why?
Don't like it. Don't want it.
I would, were I a sciency fellow, try a 'tweener mix: like 2.5:4 (5:8) ratio. But why bother? (is what I'm thinking right now) . . . Maybe get one more day out of a coil with just a slightly cruddy feeling?
(I'll probably end up trying anyway; but not feeling motivated at the moment).
Whatever it is that's happened, and whatever the cause, apparently my body prefers the salt nic now and is not a fan of the freebase.
I've been 100% preferring the MTL sip-sip tootle since I switched (or within a day or two). I had sometimes grabbed up the mods that I still have set up for DL, and just didn't like the "invasive" big-steam experience.

Maybe I'll have to try that too tho, despite the lack of promise in the nic-delivery department.

i face the same issue with my hair and i treat that with the same indifference. Haven't changed the avi, but i suppose if it all disappears i'll become a font, which is a rather different spelling than i'm used to being called!
