There seems to be an issue with applying points to orders. I just submitted an order, thought my points were applied to the order, but was invoiced/charged for the full amount.
Hmm That's odd, You do have to click an approve button in order to confirm you want to use them. Just send in a help desk ticket and they can go ahead and deduct the points and refund you. Sorry for any confusion.
Thank you. I clicked the checkbox to maximize my points, but I didn't see a button anywhere that asked me to confirm whether or not I wanted to use the points... I swear I looked everywhere!
I'll try to take a screen capture next time I place an order.
