Hmm That's odd, You do have to click an approve button in order to confirm you want to use them. Just send in a help desk ticket and they can go ahead and deduct the points and refund you. Sorry for any confusion.
There seems to be an issue with applying points to orders. I just submitted an order, thought my points were applied to the order, but was invoiced/charged for the full amount.

Thank you. I clicked the checkbox to maximize my points, but I didn't see a button anywhere that asked me to confirm whether or not I wanted to use the points... I swear I looked everywhere! :)

I'll try to take a screen capture next time I place an order.

Here, made up a quick order to get to the checkout page... don't see a button... but it did apply the points this time, so not sure why it didn't work last time. :unsure:

(edit: hmm that's a small pic.. dunno why ecf shrinks it so much)
