Yeah they are the same size as the boge's. So it wont work in a dct tank

Ok, well perhaps one of you has a solution, then. What I want is to have a boge LR fit inside a tank. I really like the performance of the boge LRs I've been using, but I like the idea of the tank around them.

Is this possible? Is there a boge LR sized for the ST Tank that I have or a tank the size of a boge? (I'm assuming the black paper isn't good for a tank?)

What your looking for is a j tank.

What I am tempted to do is get another dct tank (because if the price), cut it down to size and use it.
That's all dependent if the diameter is the right size for the carto which I think it is.

Someone at the meet had a cut down DCT....I think it was pherse. Though I could be wrong....

Would the paper be a problem for the seal do you think?

Seems like nobody is selling the j tank in Canada....only electronicstix.com and a couple other places in the states....and $20? Bummer.... I'd rather find out who had the cut tank and try that.

Hoosier sells the xl 1.7 single coils prepunched for the tanks. They fit the 3.5 or 5ml tanks. They also have the flange on one end so they dont slide.

Yes, they work. But on VV the 2.8 ohm version is a better fit.

Funny you should ask, I've got one on my LT right now. It doesn't really need to be on the LT, considering that it's set at 3.8v for a total of 8.5w. Like I said in an earlier post, I want to try one of the 2.7's on the LT to see how it rocks at HV.

I get them from HC, mine all say 2.8 +- .2 on the box. They Rock

Wait, the dual coils are not recommended for ego? Well THAT'S news to me. I've been using a dual coil with a tank and that's what I'm not liking. It just doesn't produce enough vapor..... So I guess perhaps my supplier meant to tell me that it's the dual coils that I shouldn't be using.....huh. Guess Ill get some of the XL 1.7s

I've gotta say the 2.8 cartos are great! I've been using one all day on the LT at 5.5v
They are XL as well... Just kinda wish they were black and not SS as they would look better on the LT
