I didn't have the "money saved" part in mine. I didn't like being confronted everyday with a delusion.

Yeah, my wife and I spent a ton of money to start this venture together as a team. However, we did the math on our own and figured that what we spent was cheaper than a year of smoking. I smoked 2-3 PAD at 4.00 a pack. So I can justify it in the end.

#: waiting with bated breath for a hyped juice, only to find it...bleh.

i did this with FuZion unicorn blood.
read the reviews.
ordered 30ml.
couldn't wait.
really wanted this juice.
let it steep for a week when it arrived (now that's real self control)
then...............erghhh.
steeped it for another week.
then gave it to my daughter. who then tried it. went .....erghhh.
she then mixed it with some menthol flavoring to improve it(don't ask me why. it sounded weird when she told me about it).
then threw it away after trying to give it back to me laced with menthol.( double yuk).
waste of £12.
krankberry for me every time now.
Scared to try other FuZion vapors just in case.........:nah:

I didn't read the whole thread, but here's my peeves so far:

* The blu cig commercials on TV.. just annoying, and frankly, I did them, and they are basically starter gear at best. Terrible and expensive.

* No juice shops anywhere near me. All the local drug stores ONLY carry Blu (or other) disposables, one shop carries the blu starter kit and refills, but charges top dollar, and the staff are rude.

* The sheer amount of confusing information out there (vendor sites)- Very little of the info is laid out in a clear and user-friendly format.. I still don't know what different clearomizers will work with my ego ce4...

* Not knowing if you are getting the brand name or knockoff.. this seems especially true with ego.. god only knows what you get when you order the ce4 or twist.

* way too many ego models, lack of comparisons between same-brand models (on vendor sites)

* When I discuss with people (in person) about getting off analogs and going to ecigs, they proceed to tell me (like they are experts) that e cigs are dangerous and not worth the risk.. (I know it's been said in this thread)

* non smokers who act like e cigs are just as bad as smoking, tell me to just quit, yet these same people all have their own vices like drinking, or smoking pot, or just wasting more money than I do on stupid stuff like a car radio that's worth more than their car...

* veterans on this site, when even though I explicitly state that I don't understand anything about mods, proceed to give me advice that would only make sense to someone who knew everything about it (and then wouldn't be needing to ask), and then get snarky when I say I don't understand, or ask for elaboration; or just never respond.

Farnkly. New word for the day. :D

If it says "510" or "eGo" threading, it will work on an eGo...wait...an ego ce4 is a clearomizer. I have absolutely no idea what you are asking.

Yeah I fixed that earlier

That actually makes my point.. I had no idea clearomizer was ego specific. Stuff like that which is common knowledge to veterans is confusing only because few posts or sites lay it out in a readable and understandable format. Like someone else here said many pages back, most sites won't even divulge the thread styles on items.

* Not finding this thread until it was on page 50
* Reading up to page 27 because some of it was hilarious, but then realizing I was late for work.
* Home from work and forcing myself to skip the next 20 pages, funny or not, because I do have things to do :(
* Google not always being on top of the e-cig lingo and getting very odd results when trying to research something
* newbies helping newbies is great, newbies insisting to newbies that their way is THE way, even over veteran's advice, not so great. It gets confusing
* Still feeling like a newbie 30+ days later (with previous tries over the past 8 months)
* Finally sitting down realizing that since January I've spent exactly double on vaping what I have "saved" not smoking in the past month.
* Almost causing an electrical fire in my house because I newbishly (that's a word) bought a knockoff kit with charger issues.
* the word "noob"...I don't know why
* the doorbell ringing while typing this and forgetting what I wanted to say..... it was really good too.... ;)

clearomizers aren't all ego specific.

this one will work on 510s(small hole) and egos(big hole) right out of the box

but this one will only work on egos out of the box, and won't work on something like the smoktek Bolt that only has 510 threading(small hole)

but you can use this to make it work on a mod or battery with only 510 threading

The adapters from ProVape are much higher quality, and as far as I know, are the only ones that are made from steel and made in the U.S.A. The other 510 to eGo adapters are prone to having the threads break off, usually at the most inconvenient time. I know there's a lot of dislike for ProVari pushers in the ECF forums, but the ProVape adapters really are worth the extra $$$.

Wow, nicely machined steel! The ones above that are because ecig suppliers/Manufacturers are quite aware that "shiny" and colorful and very low price will sell over quality.
