I'm thinking about trying Virgin Vapor e-liquid, but I wanted some advice on what to get. I am very new to vaping and I haven't tried anything that's 100% VG yet, so I'm not sure if I will like it or not. I've also never tried organic e-liquid, but after reading some of the reviews on Virgin Vapor, I'm very intrigued. Would some of you experienced vapors recommend me to try a flavor with a PG mix first? I tend to like a smooth/light throat hit (but not so light that I don't get a throat hit at all) and a sweeter taste.

Welcome, tdub! I would just try some 100%VG (or highVG) stuff, and see what you think. Most flavors are PG based, so most stuff called 100% VG really does contain some PG. It is verrrry thick stuff, so depending on what you are using for a topper, you might encounter some wicking issues. I usually mix and vape my stuff at 50-50 PG/VG.

Just try stuff out, and find what you like. Getting to know your tastes and what you really enjoy with your e-liquid is probably one of the most difficult things about vaping. I would identify a flavor you like, lets say apple for example, and work from there. Try other fruit flavors. Try some apple pie flavor, or cinnamon apple flavor. Sample some stuff at your B&M; I am sure there are plenty in the Houston area.

Finally, just have fun and enjoy.

Ordered a sample pack from VV and couldn't use it right out of the box/bag it came in. Way to sweet smelling and could notice an alcohol smell as well. I'm allergic to alcohol, I break out in handcuffs, Ha Ha.

So it sat in my cabinet for about a week with the tops off. Every time In went into my kitchen, even with the cabinet door closed, I could smell it. Kind of made me sick. After about a week I put the tops back on and as far as I could tell the alcohol had evaporated out of it. But I still have only tried one or 2 of the flavors and one I threw away as it was cloudy and when I mixed it with some other juice it turn all the juice in that tank cloudy.

I won't be buying anymore from VV. But if you want all VG you should give them a try. Also look at Johnson Creek. They have all VG in some flavors.

tdub I'm not a fan of Virgin Vapors though my friends wife is , I find their 100%VG a little on the thin side , I suspect a little too much distilled water in the mix for my tastes and they're priced a bit high to boot , but I would like to suggest Heather's Heavenly Vapes as another source for 100%VG juices . Their purity line contains no pg at all , just organic VG , most of their tobacco flavors are sweet and rich . Legend , Dragon's Fire and Heavenly Army are absolutely delicious NET's or naturally extracted tobacco , they just might be what you're looking for and at $21 bucks for 50mls or 13 bucks for 30mls the prices are very reasonable for a high quality product .

I'm a huge fan of Virgin Vapors, I have reordered from them more than anyone else. To me it is a very clean ejuice. No lung heaviness like I have gotten with some of the other 100% vg vendors. So order the 100%VG, it is not thick. As far as flavors go, it just depends on what you like. If you order any of the fruits, they will taste exactly like fresh fruit not candy.

I tend to like the sweeter vapes. My top three flavors from them are Kona Velvet Milkshake, Death by Chocolate, and Plum crazy. :)

I'm a big fan of Virgin Vapor e-liquids. Annette's Organic Kona Velvet Milkshake is my all time favorite flavor. I also like her Passion Fruit, Kiwi, Original Sin (apple), and all of her coffee flavors.

Virgin Vapor allows you to choose what Pg/Vg ratio you want in their e-liquids. They are custom-mixed at the time of your order, not pre-made in large batches like many e-liquid manufacturers do. This may require some of the flavors to "steep", or age naturally, for a week or two.

I have ordered the above OKVM flavor in both 100% Vg and in a 50/50 Pg/Vg mix. I have compared them side by side, just to determine which one I preferred. The result? I couldn't tell a difference in flavor, but the 100% Vg made more vapor. I generally order a 50/50 or 30/70 Pg/Vg mix now when ordering custom made e-liquid.

I have been gravitating towards manufacturers who use all-natural, all-organic flavorings as I have found in my experience that they taste better. I can recommend Virgin Vapors, Dripeez, and VapeRite as they use the all-natural, all-organic flavorings.

Another VV fan here! Listen to Bad. He knows what he's talking about. Kona Velvet Milkshake is fantastic. My favorite juice of all time is their Eggnog and I don't even like eggnog! But if you hurry over there now and click on the sale tab they are offering some closeout prices on some soon to be discontinued flavors. Including my beloved Eggnog. :(

    Hello there.
You cant go wrong with virginvapor. From my very first purchase they have been the only company I will buy my ejuice from now.
I only buy there 100%vg and it is pure paradise. But 100% vg is not going to work well in your cartomizers. I would run 100% vg in a RDA coil drip set up.

My favorite flavors are the Organic Celestial Honeydew and the Organic Kona Velvet Milkshake.
In my opinion the ingredients in their juices are superior to other brands, that have given me some negative effects.

If it's not clear, then my atomizer coils usually end up clogging prematurely. I try to vape clear juices as much as possible. Madvapes Tobacco (replaced Dekang Tobacco in their line-up) is about the closest I've found to a real cig. It's a cloudy amber juice that tastes great, but is hard on a coil. There's a proprietary flavor additive (according to their reply to my query about it) that floats up to the top of the bottle and makes a ring around the inside. If it sits for a day, you have to shake it. I'm thinking it's WTA. They just say it's their proprietary tobacco flavor, but it's obviously true to the taste buds when you vape it.

I find that "real cig" taste doesn't appeal to me on a daily basis but it's nice to have some around for those times when I want that taste.

Right now, I'm enjoying some 80pg/20vg Dekang Caramel.

I mix at 70% VG. Find high PG to harsh. But, that's me. Find ones preferred blend is one of the most frustrating hurdles to complete with vape. 50/50 is a good place to start.

I've been experimenting with Humco VG (Walmart cosmetics aisle). It's 99.5% glycerine and USP approved. I find that if I mix it with a 100% PG juice it's best at around 20% to 30% VG on the max side. Much more and I start to get that heavy lung feeling after a few days. I'm convinced that too much VG accumulates in the bronchial tubes and contributes to that. If I go back to all PG it goes away and I'm left with a hint of irritation from too much PG. The key is to find the sweet spot.
