I will next try get one of those sample packs... all of them have at least one flavour I don't think I'll like.... but I'll give one of those a go!

Wildsky......If you do by chance order sample packs you might want to see if it's ok to deviate from the listings and pick-and-choose the flavors you want to recieve...for instance he might have one flavor in one pack that you want, and another flavor in a different pack...they are sold in 20ml bottles in groups of 5 to make the 100ml....I would like to see what DY says on this...Let us know if you try!I've only communicated through emails, but he is a nice guy and seems to do his best to please us fussy folk! I've been researching both the menthol and the tobacco flavourings recently and am curious about what you've discovered...
What made you decide to go the tobacco absolute route over the seedman route?
I've read a couple of threads about the menthol crystals. Do you plan to do the microwave thing or have you found other information?
Where did you order them from (crystals and absolute)?

I looked at quite a few places for the tobacco absolute but had trouble because most have outrageous shipping costs. One place even wanted $40 US to ship a $20 US bottle. I ended up using:
TOBACCO ABSOLUTE: Samara Botane Online
and the shipping was quite reasonable. I have a tracking number and am waiting for it to come in.
The menthol I got off ebay. Very cheap for a life time supply.
MENTHOL CRYSTALS 4 Ounces oz Mentha arvensis 100% pure - (eBay.ca item 190298365065 end time 02-May-09 19:02:49 EDT)
I plan on mixing the tobacco and the menthol in separate containers, both with alcohol (I'm using absinthe for mixing, 150 proof I believe) and will play around until I get the perfect personal mix
I use unflavored PG for the nic, cut with VG and then add up to 20% flavor. I can't wait to try this stuff out.

My dream is to concoct some low/no nic DIY with good tobacco undertones, throat kick, vapour and yumminess! Do I ask for too much? Is that so wrong?

I'm with you on the search for the ultimate vape. The more I use this the more I convinced that (for myself) the feel and the throat hit are more important than the nicotine.

Whoa!, Nuck..gotta keep us posted..I've been dying to find a tobacco flavor..other than seedmans (who doesn't ship to Canada either way!)..and heard menthol gives a throat hit when mixed with flavors..so this is great!
What's with using absinthe? that replaces alcohol in the VG mix??

hah, luckily i have some local friends that are getting obsessed like me, so i'm starting to share/split orders for stuff! i split this with a friend, and with shipping it was only $65 bucks, so having 50ml of 36mg fluid that i could cut about 25% should last me MONTHS!!
that makes it way cheaper than smoking!
