Rule#3 to Rule#99: look out for yourself. Do not bother helping a fellow Vapor. Do not try to help the new. Do not waste time answering a potential convert.

I got those written down :D

That's kind of sad. If I hadn't found this place, and had a few people help me, I probably would have given up on vaping in the beginning. I think you just have to look for the right people. There are people who will appreciate, respect, remember, and pay generosity forward, and there are people willing to take any handout available who couldn't care less about it.

I hope none of this comes across negatively, I'm just kinda floored with the bad run of luck/hardware you have had!

Wow, you have gone through a lot of hardware... I can't even begin calculating how much all that would cost, and I buy for my wife, myself and up until I was reassigned back to the states, my father in law.

My wife uses the cheap madvapes vv box, I bought my father in law 4 of em just in case he broke any. I keep them supplied with at least 10 cartos at one time with a couple DCC tanks, and the box and 10 cartos is still cheaper than a carton of smokes.

Have you ever considered getting a purely mechanical, non regulated mod? I think the main thing that kept me going was my unbreakable Reo, Its gone through multiple field exercises, been submerged rolled on etcetc. Only things I had to replace were the attys and batteries. Something to consider.

Dude, we're trying to be helpful. Chill out. I don't think you got over 1k posts stewing in this much bitterness.

In fact, what Aurora said is some legit advice. Though it's not something you didn't already know.

You're one with lots of experience. You should be a person helping others.

(End of preachy crap/admonishing/etc)

Edited to add: Stalked you back on your previous posts. Attitude totally changed on the 22nd. Hope everything's going ok in life.

What is PIF?

Sorry to hear about your....luck? I don't know what else to call it, I can't imagine that much gear going bad at one time to one person, the odds must be literally staggering. On the lighter side you've gotten a couple of years worth of equipment failure out of the way all at once, it's got to be all uphill from here. You can still be helpful without "donating"? all your gear. I'm pretty sure being helpful to a fellow vapor didn't actually blow an atty or crack a clearo!

Hope things are looking up for you, and like has been posted already just get back on that horse. If I slip back and hack an analog, I don't beat myself up, he'll I'm a smoker! I prefer to focus on all the analogs I have NOT smoked!

The last time I saw you, you had such a great set-up. You gotta quit switching up your PVs. KEEP the ones that are working well for you. And you can't rely on people's generosity to get you through tough times. You also can't push things on people and call it a PIF and then expect something in return. I suspect that's what you have done in the past as that was the way that I felt when we met up and you offered me "stuff you weren't using".

I know this sounds harsh, but your OP was harsh to the people you are passive aggressively trashing.

1st off young padawan, i have now since discovered the problem, and yes the carts did indeed stop working due to something i had never thought. But seeing as i do not know what i am talking about i will keep this information to myself, as it came from something city wide. I came to this conclusion after looking at a sterling silver wolf head ring and q-ray i wear and tracing it back to the logical begging.

2nd When we met at Robins dounuts was it not asking you if you could have one of my tanks with carts, and i stated then that i was using them? Had i not given you juice in lou of the stuff you did not want? I believe you said the star dust for the tank correct?

3rd WHERE have i said i wanted a PIF? have i not stated time and again that i did NOT want a PIF?

4th Do you know what equipment and things i had given for a PIF in the past? Have you or anyone else to this point without assumption dared ask what was given?

5th be as harsh as you like, this merely confirms my original hypothises.

I'm not going to be baited into this argument as it seems as though you are looking to blame people rather than find a solution to your current predicament.

I also sincerely hope that very few new vapers have an opportunity to read this "510 Magazine" you have sullied with your confusing drama. The PV world has enough confusion already without adding your poorly written rantings!

I'm editing this because my first comment was a little too aggressive maybe.

My point is don't pee in the pool you're swimming in. For every bad ecf experience, there's 1000 good ones. A statement like yours above is an insult to all the amazing things this community has done for people. I'm truly sorry about your crappy luck, and though you're more then welcome to rant here, I'd suggest you recommit to vaping and use this wonderful forum and research a proper quality device that will suit your needs.

I've had only 2 hardware failures in close to 18 months, and I've made 90% of my purchasing decisions with the help of fantastic people on ecf.

You should be proud of yourself for going so long without analogs. Don't know what the big deal is really. We are all allowed to foul up from time to time.

Just be grateful you're not a former drug addict and happen to have just relapsed!

You're doing very well congratulations
