Order #302 is in the house - the Berry Blast and Strawberry Sour Straw are worth the wait - haven't tried the Grape Candy or Sour Apple yet!

:)

Last order # anyone received right there. Kind of concerns me as there are a few of us in the 400's and none of us have received ours. What are the chances that out of everyone on here nobody up to the 800s order had ingredients...

I have been really supportive of Lucky7Vapes. Heck I posted one of the first reviews on there site and ordered again proudly. But I've been told my order was being shipped last friday and yet I have nothing and have heard nothing. Soooo....

I did NOT order any juice from Lucky 7. Maybe I had a premonition?? I did win a bottle that I have yet to receive and thought that once I got that and if I liked it, I would order then. I'm always hesitant to purchase from a new company until they get established and I can read some reviews. That being said, it seems that people who have gotten their orders are happy with the juice. I think that once they've caught up with their orders and work out the mess they seem to be in at the moment, I will give them a shot.

We are on 942. Those of you under that have ordered below this number but have not received your package. It is due to us running out of flavoring and a few supplies. We have been keep moving and our supplies arrived this morning so they are being sent. If it says awaiting fulfillment thats because we still havent been able to load tracking info into our site, your packages will more than likely show up before your status is updated. Those who have received their packages can most likely confirm this. We are getting them out as quickly as possible. Sorry for the delays, we can only say this so many times. I hope you guys can forgive us. Once we catch up things will be much smoother and faster. Our customer service will be better, etc. We are just way overwhelmed at this point.

Vapor Joe has literally crushed several smaller and start-up businesses.

The real test isn't whether or not they were ready for the orders to jump a couple of orders of magnitude overnight and uexpectedly - it's how they deal with the onslaught.

I know it sucks to find out there may be a lot of unfulfilled orders in front of yours, and especially if you were counting on quick delivery.

But hang in there if you can. The guy is dealing in good faith and has a good product.

I've been following this thread since 1/24. I too, like I'm sure many others, saw the sale on Vapor Joe. I came over here to ECF and did a quick search and found this thread. I figured for the insanely low price, I'll give them a shot, so I put my $33 order in. Order #550. I believe the site went down pretty soon after my order went through, as I went to check the order status and the site was down. But I did receive a confirmation email. So the waiting began.

I'm just glad that I knew this post exists, even with some of the negative posts. At least I knew I wasn't the only one waiting. It quickly became apparent that this order was going to take a while. And I'm ok with that. I guess I just have more patience than brains. I just feel bad for those that ordered and don't know this post exists. Now that lack of knowledge would be a bit painful.

I checked my order status on the site after it went back up and it still says awaiting fulfillment. And I do realize that, most likely, if the juice arrives, the order status will probably remain the same, as stated in a previous post.

We all have different levels of patience. Kudos to those that are still waiting patiently. I still have probably a 9+ month supply of juice sitting in my closet, with some that I purchased in November that I still haven't tried. So I'm lucky in that aspect, that I'm not vaping down my last 5 mils while waiting for this order to show up.

Good luck SoonerFan01 with your business venture. I look forward to trying your juice. A repeat order will depend on quality of juice/taste, price, speed of shipment, and customer service. In that order respectively. And yes, I'm giving a pass on the speed and service for this order, as I'm sure this fortune/disaster has been a whirlwind. Anyhow, just my two cents. Carry on everyone.

You're making positive strides now, I applaud that. Even if it isn't the best of news to update, its better than leaving the masses blind. The 5-10 minutes it takes to post on FB is the best thing you can do during your day. You prevented a disaster as well, by delaying another sale. If you truly did hire 3+ people, they should be evaluated, the lacking features aren't complicated.

This is all so interesting to a new guy. A member told me to take a look at this and another that had a big sale and what can happen, how crazy things get and I did. I made one earlier comment. It still amazes me. Some people knew about the problems - some did not. I imagine the people who saw the Vapor Joe fellows big announcement just jumped on the $1.99 price as if they were the only people in the world who saw it at that very moment. Hey - I would have if I was looking to buy and knew I might find a new great company. It is a snap decision I suppose.

What clouds my mind is the potential for the volume of tiny or tiny and large bottles they must have on hand and have to carefully fill. I think I saw a lot of people ordered 20 and 30 flavors. Some only 10 and many less than 10, but if the average was maybe 15 bottles and surely at that price it could be higher ..... and they received 2000 real orders...... that's 30,000 bottles to fill. WOW! THIRTY-THOUSAND BOTTLES!

I have no idea how long it take to fill ONE bottle and do the paperwork, but I imagine with all the problems a bottle of nerve calming elixir might behandy at the end of the long hours they out in trying to get caught up.

I think I'll be fine with my local guys for a while longer. Heck I'm still just doing tobacco flavors. All these names would be too much to digest at the moment! Maybe someday.

Hoping you folks get your juices and are happy as can be again. I seem to only find the happy - unhappy mixture of people when I look around on "juice sales". I wonder why?
