i just bought a trust fire battery charger for my 14500 trustfire batteries. ive been using the batteries for 2 days now and is still working fine. so i decide it might be time to charge them i plug in the charger the green lights turn on and i put my 14500 batteries in but the green light doesnt change to red i check the voltage on the batteries and they say 3.2v when there 3.7v batteries. so my question is. is there a certain voltage on the batteries so they can charge or do you think my BRAND new battery charger doesnt work. any help or suggestions . thanks.

KEEP IN MIND i have been using these batteries for 2 days. -mack

Plug in the charger and put a voltage meter on the connections. If it is reading 4.2 volts, the charger is probably good.

It is possible that the batteries are in such a low state of discharge that the charger won't start charging. Try leaving them on the charger (keep an eye on them) for 30 minutes or so. If they haven't started charging by then, take them out of the charger and put them back in again.

That's all I've got. Hope it helps.
