14500 Box Mod Starter Kit?

Does anybody make/sell 14500 box mod in a complete starter kit? By "complete", I mean with a battery, charger, LR atty, drip tip and liquid. If not, does any shop sell all this stuff that I might convince to create a package deal for it all? I'm tired of having to send people a half a dozen different links when they ask me "Where do I get something like that?"

Madvapes? He has the "kit, "which is the box, connector, switch, led/resistor. You can also buy the parts individually, too.
He also sells lots of atties, chargers, batteries, drip tips, and a good price on USA liquid.

I've built at least half a dozen box mods with madvapes parts. The thing is, I'd like to stop having to build them. I'd like to be able to send people to a website where they can buy everything they need in one nice package and not ask me to do it for them. standard 510/901/ego starter kits suck, and I can't in good conscience recommend people get them to start. The ideal (cheap) starter kit would be a 14500 box mod with a LR atty, drip tip, battery, charger and some liquid for $50-60. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like anybody sells complete kits like this.

I did think of Ken's, but he doesn't sell juice and his site is awkwardly designed. You can't link directly to a product, but instead have to choose everything from drop down boxes. I was really hoping somebody already sold a proper starter kit, but I guess not.
