18350 battery in a 14500 specific charger

The charger for my screwdriver battery quit on me. I have a charger for a dse905. My question is if I can get spacers to fit this battery into this charger and the red charging light is on is it really charging and will it charge properly?
This is just for temporary.

If the alternative is smoking, you might want to try it at your own risk. Otherwise, I don't recommend it. Invest in an inexpensive multi-functional charger, e.g., from MadVapes.

If you are already on your second mod, you'll make good use of it. I do.

Fred, you can use spacers. In a pinch some have reported using several stacked dimes even to make up the size difference and charge up a battery in a pinch.

All 3.7v chargers will work on any of the other size batteries (except 3v) provided you can get them to fit and get a connection. If the red light is coming on you should be getting a connection to charge.

Time to order a new one though, huh? Don's right, a multi-charger is a good thing to have around.
