I highly suggest AW IMR. I would not recommend buying battries or chargers on eBay. I'm all for finding a deal, but battries and chargers are two things you do not want to skimp on. Always order those from a reputable dealer, such as RTD. Just noticed your in PA also, you'll have to pay state sales tax, I do and still feel it's well worth it to order from RTD.

I also like to have wiggle room with the discharge rate, I think the IMR2200 are less than 10A mor like 5A. The 1600mah IMR are the better battery but harder to find.

Is there a button top version of the Panasonic NCR18650PD ? In my VTR these batteries hold a charge for ever.

Its too bad we can't use magnets for button tops, sucks.

The looks like a suitable alternative to my old AW 2000mah batts and even my newer Efest 2200mah batts. The price is right, too.
I have several of the panasonic ncr18650pf batteries.

They work outstanding in my regulated mechs but fall a bit short with my mech.

The pannys drop fron 4.2 to 3.8v or so rather rapidly. Then seem to hold on between 3.7 and 3.3 much, much longer. Ok with something like a regulated SID or Zmax but not great unregulated on a mech with a kayfun built @ 1.5 ohms or so. Strong to start then weak, fast.

They are fantastic with a regulated device however.

New NCR18650PF High Drain Panasonic 18650 2900 mAh Li-ion Battery button top by Orbtronic

*The NCR-PD is being replaced by the NCR-PF by Panasonic. Orbtronics rebrands the Panasonic cells with their own Orbtronics label. Same battery, just rebranded.

Panasonic High Drain NCR18650PD Hybrid 2900mAh Button Top - RTD vapor

Those don't fit the Provari which is the only device I can think of that requires button tops. The button tops on those are barely different than a flat top.

I've read that Provari owners have indeed used the Panasonic NCR-PD button-top variety. Maybe the Pansonics you have actually are flat top.

The are a few mods which require using button-top batteries. The 4Nine mechanical mod requires button-tops.

Finished off getting 2 Panasonic 3400mAh unprotected with button, and 2 the same, but no button, for each of us.
I got 2 900mAh 18350's too, for driving with. I've got a Nano Kit for my Russkfl too. It'll be nice and small for driving with that set up ;)

I got them REALLy cheap from a German firm I've used before, with free postage, 85€ for 10 batteries and a bottle of flavor, and 8 of the batteries are good ones :p (PM if you're interested in the address)

Vaping and driving's very particular, as a pass-through gets muddled up with the gear stick, and a 18650 Mod, plus electronics, plus tank or whatever is too much for me.
So I go for convertible Mods with a 18350, plus a recharged battery in my bag, and now the Nano Kit for my RussKfl, and juice for refills.
Or ARO glassomizer's are good, and light, but you do need a spare coil with you, as they some times just drop dead without warning.

When I think about it, it's almost like having a small baby all over again. Nappies, bottle, fruit juice, cleaing wipes, and all the kit and kaboodle.

But it doesn't cry in the middle of the night :D
I do, when I can't get my hands on my PV.
I've got one of those USB-mains pass-throughs without a battery (But you need around 2amps from the USB! They don't put that in the sales pitch, crafty so-and-sos!). I just follow the cord and get my tank. The USB thing's not very big, under a cm wide, about 3cm long, with ego/510. Cost around 5-10€, plus a suitable plug!
I don't know if it works on a car.

For me it's more of a bed thing :vapor:

Or for a passenger, but I think I'll shut up now as it's late and I'll end up saying something I'll regret later.:p Night night!
