You could have titled the thread "EVH Vapes" and more of us would have known what the pic was.

'1984' was a book (Orwell) a movie, apparently a music album, and IMHO a not so great year.

1984 was my first cassette I bought and what a waste of money. They had already sold out, and don't even get me started on van-hagar. And yea 1984 was a strange year. You had your choice of Cindi lauper, Thomas dolby or the beginnings of rap.

Harry Truman was still in the White House when I was born. But he was already packing ...

My Dad used to tell me the story of Truman beating up the two assassins who came to his door to shoot him. Tough little dude ...

I had to watch the Apollo 11 landing looking around my Dad's great big head parked about a foot from the old Admiral black and white TV. But it was live, and amazing ...

Followed that up the next month with a trip to a little place called Woodstock ...

I don't recall much about 1984, but summer of 1969 sure was a memorable time ...

EVH was nearly as innovative in the 70s as Hendrix was in the late 60s. I think its a cool picture.
