We didn't magically "have the opportunity" to learn about batteries, we educated ourselves before using them. That's what adults do.
This is 8th grade science applied to life. Flashlight tech.
As an adult it's on you to be safe.
Only you are responsible for your own safety, not a label or a company.
Word.
I have noted though, a vast number of batteries do indeed carry warning labels. A vast number of mods do as well.
There are user manuals in new mod kits which do express the dangers of batteries. The industry/ies are taking a stand
and attempting to regulate/educate consumers. It is not like there are no warnings/advisements explaining concerns to anyone. The warnings/advisements do exist. It is up to the user to read the info, understand, learn and be safe.
I just may yet try mech mods. I am seeing how now where the dangers lay regarding them. It genuinely is kind of a no brainer, that uses a brain. One other concern I have is drainage of batteries causing bad vaping. Guess that is a matter of learning what to be aware of as you vape. "Ah, battery needs charged, it's pulling too hard now." Like you get a feel for when it's the right instant to release an arrow from a recurve bow.
