1st day analog free!!!!!!!!!!!

been vaping for about a month now and went from 2 pad to less than half a pack within the first few days. And today was the first day i didnt break down and actually doin really well!!!!!! feeling really good about myself and very proud. thanks for all the advise from all the vets on this forum and cant wait till im one and can give all the great advise to the newbies like myself!!!!!!

Took me just over a week to break free. I remember all to well the excitement of the first day I didn't reach for a smoke. One hell of a good feeling. Again congrats, good job!!!

Congrats!!!! Seems like anyone who keeps at it can finally give up their last analog. Just take it one day at a time and if on a given day you smoke an analog who cares, just don't give up.

I've been vaping now for almost a month, But I still can't seem to not pick up that analog. But I am proud of myself I have cut down from a pack to less than ten.

But, It's a good exscuse I'm using...I told hubby I really need a better ecig..So he's going to let me up grade this friday )

I too want to be able to post that first day of a Smoke free day...
