just got the nautilus yesterday with 9 bvc replacements i filled up with some vapor boost guavalicious first time trying it as well. the taste and vapor were what i was expecting from this beast but then out of the blue the dreaded leaking occured so i cleaned the tank problem solved for a short time changed coil same result. the juice seemed thinner than most i use even though it was a 50/50 blend hopefully this is the cause had such high hopes for this tank.

My nautilus wasn't what I expected either. Mine leaked and had muted flavor. So I've went to the rebuildables and I'm so happy I did! No leaking and exceptional flavor and vapor! I would not go back. Seems I always had issues with the pre made coils. I don't miss those days!

Been thinking about rebuilding but I'm to lazy and a little intimidated haha

I tried to luv em. Actually bought two.

Then I started suffering from leaking, gurgling - air whistling through the adjustable air holes.

Enter Vivi Nova V3!

Now the Nauts are in my "Junk" bag.

If you're getting leaking through the air holes, it's prolly a seal issue with the coil unit. Make sure it's seated/screwed tight.

If leaking is through the base (but not the air holes), it's the base gasket (the soft clear-ish material the glass portion seats onto the base with. Check to make sure it's not pinched or torn.

These tanks can work well - the wife has used both the regular and mini versions for months with little issue.

Mine never leak. I bought a few for the family for the convenience and the " no leak factor" and just to give them a try. I might agree as to a clone/fake

I can't imagine one leaking due to the design with the screw on seals. They are just so heavy duty.

I believe you can check your serial number on their website to see if you have a clone.

I've been rebuilding for a year and a half..... To the one poster ... That isn't what this thread is about.

I wasn't really happy with my BVC Nautilus mini. No leaking issues, handles drastic temp changes pretty well, but I just didn't like the way it treats certain flavors. Vapor production was always pretty decent. It can flood if you set the air flow control to a low setting and suck on it like a milkshake though, especially with thinner juice. Try slowing down your draw maybe? Other than being disappointed about what it does to the flavor of the juices I vape I had no issues.

I've had my full-sized Nautis for a few weeks now. I really only get a gurgle when I'm running low on juice. So far (knock on vape) no leaks. Got a mini this week, and I love it as much as the full-sized ones.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. I do have to be careful not to over-tighten. All-in-all, I'm happy with mine....

I promise you it's really easy and doesn't take long after you do it once or twice. You will actually look forward to building coils! Not to mention it's cheaper and you're not inhaling from a piece made in China.

Reading for comprehension... It's hard...

My Nautili don't leak at all. All signs point to a faulty piece somewhere, or perhaps a clone built of shoddy material. Check the gaskets as described earlier.

After all this talk, talk, talk - I thought "maybe I was wrong?".
Took the Naut out and filled it.
After 10 minutes the darn thing still hadn't primed.
Emptied the tank.
Put it back in the "junk" bag.

Back to my Vision Vivi Nova's.
