I agree the average vaper will not go looking for the info but this thread is about beta testing. The beta testers would be providing feedback to help improve the device for public release. So in that aspect this info would be useful coming from different type vapers. That's all fine and good, but the average vaper is not going to go looking for that info. Of course it is great to have it available, however. I personally never watch or read the very technical reviews because, like a whole lot of folks, mostly care that it functions as described and how to get the most out of my vaping experience. I trust that Ijoy is testing this device thoroughly before release and, in fact, I have watched the video from a few pages back where the kanthal mode was being tested. Now what I want to know is how is the real user experience!![]()
I'd vote for myself, but I don't want to come across as greedy. [emoji23] I do think that this would be a good mod for someone who wants to get into dripping but doesn't want to dry hit or invest in nickel or titanium wire until they know that they enjoy the whole RDA experience. Then again, that would be me. [emoji38]Guys, if I let you vote for the test candidates? who will be picked??
I went to "Watched Threads" and where it says "replies" I left clicked on it and it shows how many people signed up for this (38) and how many times each person commented in the thread. It's the easiest way to get who entered without having to go thru 220 posts and counting or listing them.
It's also the easiest way for someone to look at who entered and who to vote for, if they decide thats what they want to do.
I had a neighbor who came over when he got his TC device and said "You have got to get one of these, I chain vaped all day and didn't get one dry hit." In reality, this is the experience we would be voting for, one friend over another. I knew almost all of the entries from ECF.
I am grateful for this opportunity, but no more than anyone else who entered. Whatever Vera decides is fine with me.
I agree. I'd like it for all to share the opportunity, not a select few. But thanks for the votes of confidence you guys ..I think a random draw would be a better way. I know they need input from experienced vapers but input from someone new to these kinds of mods could be very valuable as well. Someone new to this is going to be more concerned with ease of use and reliability more than every little technical detail. Someone more experienced may find it easy to understand and use, whereas a new user may find it confusing and difficult. Therefore some less experienced users giving their input would be very helpful. After all, you can't just rely on current users to sustain a business. Gotta attract new customers as well.
Not sure I like the vote deal for picking a tester cause all that does is get a popularity contest going... I had assumed it was going to be another contest deal, with the expectation that those who won would need to comment on ease of use, how it works, likes and dislikes and such.
Being that I've never used a TC I guess I'm out, cause your not looking for a newbie to the TC world...
I thought I had a chance at being a tester, but I am still thankful for the coupon code
They have never announced what they are looking for in reviewers specifically. So your chance is still as good as anyone's. I don't think it's necessary to have extensive knowledge of vaping to give a good review of the Asolo. I would be interested in what a new vaper's thoughts are as well as a veteran's..Not sure I like the vote deal for picking a tester cause all that does is get a popularity contest going... Not sure who has experience with them at this point, but I think Shawn H does a great job at explaining things.

I've been vaping for years, one of the first vendors I used was HeavensGifts. I just feel asking for votes to pick the "chosen one" to be the tester is wrong. You are correct though at this point anyone could be given the opportunity to test this awesome product...They have never announced what they are looking for in reviewers specifically.
