Been playing around with my new Asolo for a day now and it's great in Flavor Mode with Kanthal and 430ss. Works great in Ti mode as well. Glad I bought it.

The Dual 18650 196w limit allows me to run any atty I want to including my rdas, something I have been unable to do with my Evic VT60's.

The setup for Flavor mode and TC Modes requires learning the tcr of your coil wire in Power Mode first. Make sure you do or your wattage and temp will be off. After taking at least four (2sec or longer vapes) in power mode you can then switch to flavor mode (press and hold T button) or ni or ti modes (3 short presses of T button) and all will be good. NOTE: To learn the correct tcr make sure your atty is at room temp when installed on the mod otherwise wattage and temp will be skewed off of actual.

Gotta say, iJoy has done it. Even though flavor mode is not an actual temp control per se it will let you know when your wick is running dry with kanthal and stainless by throttling back the power noticeably and displaying a "dry wick" icon.

Cons: This mod appears to be underpowered by about 8-10% and undertemped by about 15-20°f. Just my initial observations.

I wouldn't be caught dead in public with the baby blue silicone sleeve but there are other colors available for real men.:)

Good luck all, Cig
